The LiuGong 856III wheel loader has been designed with efficiency in mind. World-class components including Cummins stage IIIA emissions-compliant engines, smooth hydraulics and ZF transmission ensure high power and low fuel consumption, which helps keep running costs low. The torque converter works in harmony with engine output, while the boom kick-out and return-to-carry feature increases the efficiency of repetitive loading tasks. The electronically-controlled engine hood enables easy access to the engine, and all parts and fluid refill points are conveniently located for easy maintenance. The wheel loader s Fault Diagnostic System also gives fast and accurate maintenance support, which is backed up by LiuGong s dedicated global dealer support network and European parts warehouse for maximum availability. The 856III also benefits from its durable construction, which helps to prevent damage and machine downtime on even the toughest construction sites. The drive shaft has reinforced hinge joints, high quality seals prevent bearing damage and the robust chassis and boom design results in excellent torsion resistance. 4 Powerful and productive LiuGong Tool Carrier (TC) Series wheel loaders feature advanced technology to deliver maximum perfromance. LiuGong wheel loaders are well-equipped for projects that require the use of specialist attachments, such as carrying pallets or shovelling loads. All our tool carrying (TC) vehicles use an eight-bar parallel lift linkage device for smooth operation and have strong flexible frames to withstand both load and torsion stresses. Additional advantages of the parallel linkage include large tilt force at all heights and large dump angle at maximum boom height. The TC models also have excellent visibility throughout the cycle for enhanced safety. When using the forks, the operator can see the end of the tines at all times, which makes it easier to see the load being picked up, and helps to avoid collisions with other objects. The automatic load levelling system prevents spillage during lifting, while the quick coupler enables attachments to be changed quickly for greater efficiency on busy job sites. LiuGong understands that long working hours on a job site can be physically demanding for the operator, and comfort and safety is the key to reducing fatigue and maintaining productivity. All our wheel loaders have been designed with a number of ergonomic features, which help to keep the operator happy no matter how challenging the project! The FOPS/ROPS-compliant low-noise cab offers 360-degree visibility, which is supported by a rear view camera for improved safety on busy job sites. The cabin interior features an adjustable steering column and Grammar air suspension seat for increased comfort on rough terrain, and the controls are well-positioned to make complex operation easier. The audio entertainment system, including AM/FM radio and MP3 provides light entertainment, and the generous storage space with dedicated area for hot/cold box ensures the operator is well-equipped for long shifts. The powerful air conditioning keeps the cab comfortable and the operator cool during long shifts. Steps on the side of the wheel loader enable easy on-off access to the cab, and starter batteries and fluid levels, including engine oil, hydraulic oil and coolant can be checked from ground level.
