2 The high resistance chassis with adjustable drawbar ensure high deendability and long durability. The front discharge on both sides is a standard feature for all models. By request the discharge elevator can have stainless steel chains and floor. Mixing fast and homogeneous Available capacities: - single auger, from 0 to m 3 - twin augers, from 6 to 0 m 3 The counter knives in the mixing hopper brake efficiently the products and ensure the clean cut of long stemmed products. The retainer ring is a standard feature for all models. Kodiak functions are controlled by means of hydraulic valves and Bowden cables. The control levers can be easily located in the tractor cab. By request controls by solenoid valves are available. Designed for medium and large size farms, Kodiak mixers are very versatile and dependable, thus granting high productivity and reduced maintenance. Depending from capacity, Kodiak standard versions have single or twin axles, with single or twin wheels. Industrial epicycloid gearboxes drive the augers and a -speed gearbox allows a complete discharge of the mix. 4 The loading drum is the keystone of the whole working system. It has been used for many years in the whole world and it treats the products with power and gentleness, thus preserving their structure. Loading drum New design cab The new cab has been designed in all details to ensure the best operator s comfort, manoeuvrability and visibility in any working condition. All controls are within hand reach, in ergonomic position and easy to operate. Thanks to its most compact dimensions MAV drives easily through the narrowest of passages. A mixture quality beyond comparison High resistance chassis for heavy duty allows exceptionally compact dimensions. Front-wheel-drive with industrial steering axle. The simple design of the machine allows for unrivalled appetibility and digestibility. With Monofeeder a soft and homogeneous mix is obtained, fresh and chopped at the right size, that keeps the nutritional properties of each ingredient and intensifies the fodder quality. The exceptional homogeneity of the mix, certified by official tests, ensures the distribution of the same diet with uniformity along the whole trough. The gentle treatment of the products ensures an excellent fodder value of the silage and prevents the heating of the final mix. SG version For special needs a non-chopping version has been developed. It mixes in exceptional way pre-chopped products and ensures a complete emptying of the tank at the end of the distribution. Diesel engine located on the front right side, with electronic control complying with Tier 3 standard and reversible fan of the engine cooler are standard features. When open, the engine cover gives full access to the diesel engine and the hydrostatic system. Covers are easy to open and allow fast cleaning and maintenance of the machine.

6 3 The Twin-Flow System At the beginning of the Nineties Sgariboldi introduced a revolutionary patented system named Monofeeder Twin-Flow, imitated but never equaled. Since then thousands of farmers that adopted this technique have seen their production grow considerably and have obtained at the same time a remarkable reduction in their operating costs. The system is based on the combined action of the single auger with opposing spirals and the moving deflector. An efficient and precise loading arm The loading arm of DF version can load any product. The careful design of the drum and the relevant housing, the layout of the knives and the very high power make it possible to load perfectly any product, silage and bales. The clamp face remains smooth and compact thus preventing it to go mouldy. The rear shield is conveniently shaped to collect the product down to the bottom and obtain a perfect cleaning of the ground. The arms are external to the tank, so that it is easier to load directly the ingredients with a loader.
