4 Control Cabs Page 1 Cab Design: Our control cabs are designed to supply the highest level of operator safety, comfort and visibility, plus provide protection to your valuable control equipment. We are one of the few facilities to offer construction in steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Control cabs are available in standard sizes from 4 x4 x7 H to 12 x20 x7 H, or custom built to customer specifications as needed. Cabs are constructed to withstand harsh environmental conditions in industrial settings, and built in the U.S.A. by skilled craftsmen. Check out our cabs and see the difference superior quality makes. Control Standard Construction Features: All steel, fully welded construction. Straight walls. 1½ 14 gauge square tube frame construction throughout. Exterior walls are covered with 14 gauge steel. Roof is covered with 12 gauge steel. Standard lift eyes. Laminated safety glass. All steel 28 door with heavy duty pin hinges, safety glass window and industrial locking handle. All steel floor sheeted with 10 gauge steel. Non-skid rubber floor mat. Sound suppression package. Sound suppression is fire resistant and has a perforated vinyl covering. Sound suppression is held in place using weld-on rivets with metal caps. All weather seals on doors and windows. Cabs are sandblasted, washed, and caulked before being primed and painted. Paint is industrial enamel. Optional Features: All aluminum welded construction. All stainless steel welded construction. 2 or 3 square tube frame construction. Slanted or full sloping walls. Safety glass in grey, green or bronze tint. Thermopane windows. Lexan and Lexan with MarGuard windows. Sliding windows. Mesh window guards. Escape hatch in ceiling or floor. Railings and decks.
