3 Choice of Attachments. As with any Bobcat loader, you can count on a variety of quick-mounting attachments. In fact, when properly equipped, the 963 loader can run a variety of Bobcat high-flow attachments, such as the planer, snowblower, LT405 trencher and surface planer. Two-Speed Convenience. The 963 features a two-speed transmission to help you get your jobs done fast: 5.2 mph in low range and 9.0 mph in high range. With the rugged, rapid 963, you get both low-speed power and high-speed travel. Built-In Safety. The 963 gives you the latest in safety technology the Bobcat Interlock Control System (BICS TM ). This exclusive feature requires that the operator be seated in the loader with the seat bar down in place and the engine running. After the operator presses the press to operate loader button, the hydraulic lift, tilt functions and traction-drive system can be operated. Serviceability. Bobcat skid-steer loaders feature easy servicing and quick access to components should a repair be needed. Service technicians can get to hydraulic/hydrostatic components quickly by unbolting two nuts and lifting the cab back. The tailgate swings out allowing for quick, easy access to engine components. The Bobcat bow-tie drive chain design uses pre-stressed, heavy-duty drive chains in two short continuous loops on each side. That means no periodic, time-consuming adjustments, plus long life even in the most rugged conditions. Clean Cooling. The exclusive Bobcat dual path cooling system brings clean, cool air from above, through the engine and hydraulic oil coolers, mixes it with engine compartment air, then exhausts it out two side vents.
