Plywood tandem box trailer Well-designed and with a long service life: the tried and trusted HK plywood box trailer for safe transport of your goods. The frame and chassis are made of hot-dip galvanised steel, while solid aluminium reinforcements on the body ensure stability. The roof has drainpipes and the doors have seals to keep your goods dry under all circumstances. A solid anti-slip floor and stable side walls provide solidity. Single-axle plywood box trailer with wood/ aluminium cover Even large and bulky goods can be easily loaded into the HKU. You can simply lift up the cover and use standard transport aids to load your goods via the back wall. The ramp wall is supported by gas springs for easier handling. The trailer is locked with an espagnolette lock for the rear wall and two locks for the cover. The trailer has an integrated tie-down system, with each tie-down eye able to withstand a tensile force of 400 kg (as tested by Dekra). The floor and walls are 15 mm thick. The floor also has an anti-slip coating.

This effects a low loading angle of only 4 to 6 degrees. With the integrated loading ramp and a ramp gate which is opened to the top this trailer is the perfect partner for a comfortable loading. Your goods are well protected between the 45 mm sandwich panels. The walls have a polyurethane core and are coated with galvanised, powder-coated steel plate on both sides. They are thus as protected against corrosion as the aluminium edgings and the rear door. Plastic seals reliably keep out any moisture. The chassis and the frame are corrosion-protected to ensure that you can enjoy your box trailer for longer. A traditional trailer with a sturdy, long-lasting sandwich box. 18 mm thick special wood for the floor and 45 mm panels for the walls are evidence of its robust construction. The low loading height and a payload of one to two tonnes (depending on the version) make the HK with its external wheels a particularly flexible solution. Its metal components are either made from rust-proof aluminium or hot-dip galvanised steel. An anti-slip, coated floor and door seals demonstrate the detailed design to ensure that this trailer will provide you with day-to-day support. The box trailer series is now available with integrated bottom tracks combined with slideable lashing points. This combination allows a flexible and individual way of load safety. Good light conditions during charging and discharging the trailer are ensured by a mordern LED interior lighting system. The new body consisting of 30 mm thick sandwich panels and a welded frame combined with new aluminium profiles guarantees an improved stability. 6

7 Tandem sandwich box wheels-in trailer REXUS all-poly trailer Even heavy goods can be easily loaded into your box trailer: With a loading height of only 610 or 645 mm. This low tandem-axle trailer has perfect finishes and is corrosion-protected. The sturdy body is made from 45 mm sandwich panels. The walls have a polyurethane core and are coated with galvanised, powder-coated steel plate on both sides. The edgings and rear door are made from aluminium. Parts subject to more wear and tear, such as hinges and door locks, are made from stainless steel. The trailer is waterproof to ensure that your goods arrive in a dry state. Looks good and works well for everyday use. Our Rexus is the design trailer for those who like to attract attention. With its chrome-plated lights, aluminium wheel rims and the appearance of a fine horse trailer, it will not be overlooked. Moreover, it is particularly suitable for everyday use. Its corrosion-protected chassis has been successfully used for our horse trailers for many years. For the Rexus, it has been approved up to 100 km/h. A 21 mm thick, anti-slip floor plate and GRP side walls reinforced with wooden plates provide solidity. The side door allows you easy access to the trailer. The tailgate can withstand a payload of up to 1300 kg. What more could you want? 7

8 Cool trailer for transporting fresh goods The 5000 series Cool Trailer single-axle box trailer Cool Trailer tandem box trailer Freezer box trailer The Cool Trailer has one axle and a payload of half a tonne. The floor is a full 50 mm thick and effectively insulated against heat, as are the sandwich walls of the body. The walls also have a polyurethane core and are coated with corrosionresistant steel plate. To ensure that there is no friction during loading, the walls have been protected with aluminium plate up to a height of 250 mm. While you load the goods, your Cool Trailer stands securely on four hot-dip galvanised supports. Its refrigerating unit can cool the interior down to 5 C when the outside temperature is 32 C. Ensures that your goods are still fresh when they reach their destination. Wherever you might put it, it will stand securely on its four telescopic supports. The floor is a full 50 mm thick and effectively insulated against heat, as are the sandwich walls of the body. It has a polyurethane core and is coated with galvanised, powder-coated steel plate on both sides. The internal walls are protected with aluminium plate up to a height of 250 mm. The special cooling compartment doors are perfectly sealed and can be separately opened. Naturally there is an emergency hatch inside. At an environmental temperature of 32 C, the refrigerating unit will ensure that the interior remains at 5 C. Cold, colder, deep-frozen: our freezer trailer allows you to transport your goods at temperatures below zero degrees. Its refrigerating units allow for an adjustment range of between +10 C and -18 C. We have carefully insulated the freezer box to ensure that the cool air remains inside. The floor with its hard foam core is 80 mm thick. The walls are of an equivalent thickness. They are coated with steel plate and have an additional PVC coating on the inside. This makes the TK specially suitable for transporting food, strictly in accordance with food laws. This model has fittings and hinges made from stainless steel. 8

Access to your catering trailer is via a door at the front. High-quality lighting has been provided in galvanised fittings. The body has a polyurethane core and is coated with galvanised, powder-coated steel plate on both sides. The well-designed flap is on the right side and has a hinged cover with rain protection. This means that your customers are always under cover. Gas springs help you open the flap. Do you have very particular requirements for your catering trailer? This one can do anything: With its standard fittings, you can start selling straight away and will cut a good figure under any circumstances. A sales counter with temporary storage space has already been fitted. There is an external bag shelf that can be folded out for your customers to use. Access to your mobile sales booth is via a lockable door at the front. Naturally, these trailers are also corrosion-resistant and designed for a long service life. The walls have a polyurethane core and are coated with galvanised, powder-coated steel plate on both sides. Four supports ensure that it stands firmly on any surface.
