MS-Series range has been designed with productivity, mobility and minimising operators costs in mind. With various powersources available from diesel/hydraulic, direct electric, electric/hydraulic or simply coupled to an adjacent unit the MS-Series provides the user with great flexibility and increase productivity. 18 RADIAL TRACK STOCKPILER SERIES- RTS80 The RTS80 is a unique concept to the marketplace. Essentially it is a Radial Wheeled Stockpiler and Tracked Stockpiler all in one! The remote control track system is used to move the machine around site including rough terrain. It is also of benefit when re-locating the machine to a different site as it can easily be tracked onto a low loader or Low-Boy. When the machine has been positioned for work using the Tracks, the RTS80 can produce a 360 stockpile. By engaging (via remote control) the wheel drive system, the operator can remotely radial the RTS80 either clockwise or anti-clockwise to create a 360 stockpile. 20 FEEDER STOCKPILER SERIES - FTS65-90 The EDGE FS-Series can be utilised for a variety of applications including: crushed aggregate, compost, top soil, bark, coal, sand and fines. The FS-Series has been designed to allow customers to efficiently convey and stockpile a wide range of materials. The main advantage of the FS-Series conveyors is that it can be fed directly by any excavator or wheeled loader. 22 LOW-LEVEL TRACK STOCKPILER SERIES- LTS50-75 The LTS introduces operators to a solution for the stockpiling and transferring of hard rock and ore for the mining and quarrying industry. The LTS is a long life, low maintenance Apron Feeder Stockpiler. The LTS is uniquely designed to allow for low level loading of material from the largest wheel loaders. The huge hopper capacity and heavy duty apron pads mean the LTS can easily cope with the extreme demands of any quarrying or mining application. 24 360 UNLIMITED RANGE The 360 Unlimited option maximises many operations for Loading / Unloading Ships, Trains, Barges by enabling an operator to rotate the stacker a full 360 uninterrupted. Positioning the tracks parallel to the vessel, allows the machine to travel along the side of the vessel without the need to adjust the orientation of the machine. This greatly increases loading times and efficiencies. This option still only requires ONE operator to run an entire stacker that will offer up to 1000TPH (depending on material) for continuous loading. 26 RADIAL TRUCK UNLOADER- RTU220 The newly designed RTU2200 is a new concept to the bulk materials handling sector. Designed to allow operators to continuously load directly from articulated road lorries and dump trucks into train wagons, barges, ships, and hoppers it is as comfortable on the port as in the harsh environment of the quarry or indeed the mine-site. The massive 23m³ (30yd³) hopper capacity increases cycle times and on-site production. With access from 3 sides and with the added feature of hydraulic flared sides, the RTU220 hopper can also be fed directly by wheel loaders, excavators and grab cranes. With the capacity to convey 750 tonnes per hour (826UST) with a maximum feed size of 600mm (23 ) and boasting a 180 Radial conveyor the RTU220 is the number one choice across a range of applications. 34 TROMMEL RADIAL - TRM/TRT 516 The new TR516 Trommel Range is a robust durable machine designed for the Recycling, Composting and C&D industries. With numerous screens and drum types available the TR516 Series provides high flexibility and is the perfect option for end users who are constrained for space. 40 MATERIAL CLASSIFIER - MC1200 The MC1200 is designed to be retro-fitted to existing MRFs or incorporated into new plant installations; it provides a solution for lights/ heavies separation. The use of controlled air as a separation medium provides extreme versatility and greater flexibility to that of mechanical separation techniques. The MC1200s large capacity hopper coupled with its 1200mm (48 ) wide Feeder Conveyor provides an even spread of material for efficient separation. The totally enclosed design helps control air flow and minimises air depressurisation whilst minimising dust creation with reduced spillage. 46 EDGE FLIP FLOP SCREEN The Edge Flip Flop Screen has been designed to handle hard screening tasks that conventional screens cannot. It combines two motions in order to create dual vibration movement. The new screen incorporates a heavy duty screen structure which generates a huge throw that propels material upwards and outwards so that the material can get time to untangle and separate. Heavier material is thrown to the front of the screen leaving the lighter material behind for fine screening.
