With its new engine and optimally tuned components, it provides uncompromising performance, ensuring that the operator has any situation under control in his spacious driver's cab. Just picture it!

3 Driver-friendly cockpit An entirely new driver's cab with an exciting profile, large windows for better all-round vision and a totally revamped workplace the PistenBully 600 is setting the pace in terms of design and ease of operation. From driver's seat to steering wheel, all details have been consistently attuned to the driver's needs. He has plenty of room and always has everything in view. Heating vents integrated into the steering column ensure a warm footwell. The doors now have heating vents, making for efficient heat distribution and clear all-round vision. Also when it comes to safety, the PistenBully 600 is an absolute innovation. The new impact-proof windscreen and the driver's cab that has withstood a load of up to 15 tonnes in the ROPS test it all speaks for itself. Another plus is the sound-optimised sandwich construction, which ensures minimal noise in the workplace.

4 Cockpit Steplessly adjustable height and reach, ensuring that the new semi-circular steering wheel is in the ideal position. The multifunction display informs the driver at a glance of the most important operational data, such as driving speed or winch pulling power. Everything under control! The new PistenBully joystick is moulded perfectly to the driver's hand. All functions are within easy reach of the thumb or finger. Some joystick buttons can even be programmed individually. Straightforward and easy to use. The new control panel allows all functions to be selected directly at the press of a button and without any risk of confusion. For each function is depicted and clearly colour-coded in the exact place where it is on the actual vehicle. With its armrest that is steplessly adjustable in all directions, the ergonomically designed seat ensures fatigue-free work. There is also direct access to the monitor. The new I-Command that is integrated into the centre armrest allows all functions to be selected.

5 Ready for anything A PistenBully 600 also has to cope with extreme situations. All components of the vehicle's electronics have been designed for maximum availability, supreme reliability and functionality. They are under the driver s complete control, and assist him efficiently with every activity.

6 Electronics and lighting Everything under control: the TouchScreen not only provides all the important information, but also allows fast on-board diagnosis. With the PSX host computer, all functions are controlled centrally. From power and energy management to the engine and even the hydraulics of the drive and tiller pumps. Monitoring all sensors and actuators provides the best possible reliability. Everything at a glance. At night, control elements are illuminated in blue, so that they can easily be read at any time without tiring the eyes. Convenient: just press the remote control and not only do both doors open, but the interior lighting also comes on automatically. In addition, the engine compartment is illuminated for service work in the field. As light as day even at night: the new lighting system allows optimal visibility to the front and rear xenon headlamps are available as an option. The SideFinder lights are fitted as standard and illuminate the side and rear working areas of the clearing blade.

7 High-performance and safe Powerfully mastering any situation even on extreme terrain: the PistenBully 600 not only provides more power but also ensures greater safety and comfort. The new frame construction is extremely torsion-resistant in design. The hydraulic system has proportional control, which makes it possible to work with absolute precision.

8 Engine and equipment Proven technology, new performance: with its 295-kW (400-hp) engine, the new 6-cylinder Mercedes Benz OM 460 LA with 12.8 litres displacement brings unadulterated power onto the slope. All this is done in an environmentally sound way according to the Euromot III. Not to mention the huge torque of 1,900 Nm. Greater staying power: 220-litre tank volume and low consumption ensure long running times. With the optional spare tank, tank volume increases to 300 litres, ensuring adequate reserves even with extremely long periods of use. A major plus is the safe transport of company staff. With the transportation platform folded down, the PistenBully 600 offers a fully utilisable loading platform for up to 1,500 kg. The working hydraulics with proportionally controlled high-performance valves and integrated CAN technology ensure smooth lifting and lowering of the tiller at any speed. The large tiller pump drives the MultiFlex tiller shaft at speeds of up to 1,850 rpm, thereby guaranteeing optimal slope quality.

9 From SkiSlope to FunPark The PistenBully 600 is available both as a winch machine and as a FunPark model. With parameter-controlled winch speeds and smooth transitions between winch stages, work becomes a pleasure. It is also possible to drive downhill at a reduced engine speed with winch stage 3. Special kinematics make the PistenBully 600 Park extremely mobile. The coupled hydraulic system also allows several additional pieces of equipment to be operated at the same time.

10 Winch machine and FunPark model The optional rear-view camera allows a perfect overview: even when reversing with a winch, the driver has everything in his field of vision. For the colour camera image is automatically shown on the display when reversing.
