Please note that the information, codes bundle numbers are given for reference only, the current price list must be the only official ordering document. Where factory installation codes or field installation bundle numbers were not available, they will be made available as soon as possible. Drive System. FRONT PTO Modern tractor application requires more and more front driven implements. To satisfy these demands John Deere provides front PTOs for 6020 Series tractors for field installation. By following the modular concept, these field kits furnish John Deere tractors perfectly for front driven applications like mowing, snow blowing or shredding. The housing design matches exactly to the front support and enables a comfortable field installation. When not in use, the driveline can be mechanically disconnected by a separate lever to save fuel and prevent power loss. The accustomed John Deere standards in terms of quality, reliability and service are provided by following characteristics: A more horizontal shaft alignment optimizes the power train from engine to PTO. The heavy duty transmission is able to transmit 00% of the engine power. Oil cooled multi disc clutch provides a smooth engagement. A separate oil cooler provides a reliable application under all climatic conditions. Independent hydraulic system for lubrication and clutch engagement contributes to a high reliability. The rated PTO speed of 000 rpm will be achieved at 95 % of rated engine speed. Thus, a synchronized operation with rear PTO driven implements is possible. MECHANICALLY-ACTUATED SELECTIVE CONTROL VALVES - M-SCV 300 and 30 Series M-SCVs can basically be used in all positions, but if possible they should be installed on the left hand side (M-SCV at pos. or 2). When installing them on the right hand side (M-SCV at pos. 3 or 4), an additional parts kit is necessary. M-SCV Identification 00 or 0 Series (Standard): mechanically actuated, with fixed cap 200 or 20 Series (DeLuxe): mechanically actuated, with three operating positions 300 or 30 Series (Super DeLuxe): mechanically actuated, with three operating positions 00 Series M-SCV The M-SCVs provide a full range of features which gives the flexibility to operate all hydraulic equipment on the farm. The M-SCVs are located at the rear of the tractor, at either side of the hitch valve. ISO scs are mounted to each M-SCV. Three different M-SCV versions are available: 00 resp. 0 Series, 200 resp. 20 Series or 300 resp. 30 Series. 00, 200 and 300 Series M-SCVs can only be used with PFC hydraulic system with axial piston pump. 0, 20 and 30 Series M-SCVs can only be used with PC or HydraVantage hydraulic systems with gear pump. This valve features: A 4 position lever control that is detented as standard Flow of up to 60 l/min is available through the valve Removable detent collar 4-way operation Automatic detent release (if detent is fitted) when the engine is switched off.

This will give day-long constant speed operation of hydraulic motors and rams without the need for adjustment. Selectable detents allow the operator to choose the same modes as the 200 Series M-SCVs, and in addition a hydraulic detent, where the M-SCV lever will remain selected until a pre-set pressure is reached. It will then kickout of the detent to the neutral position automatically. This mode is particularly useful when repeat M-SCV operations are performed, such as turning a plough or drill marker cycling. It is fitted below the and supplied with hydraulic power through the Power Beyond valve or ICV-Cover. It is ideal for single lever control of front loader or front hitch work. In order to work as efficient as possible, progress in row planting and the use of wider attachments demand flexible track widths. To meet these demands John Deere offers track extensions for 6020 Series 6- cylinder tractor models. With the help of the extended track, it is possible to cover more rows at once and to ride within the rows without affecting cultivations or banks. For sprayer applications the new field installation kits provide another advantage: the extended track of the tractor allows a superior support and balance adjustment of the sprayer. Two different extensions are available: Extension 2 x 94 mm provides a track extension to 2000 mm.
