4 BWR300 WASHING SYSTEM Consisting of a double deck or triple deck washing screen and filter (trash screen). The unique BWR300 washing system increases the proportion of re-usable products that are produced, and is fully mobile allowing customers to process on site and maneuver easily to various locations. 5 BWS SAND RECOVERY PLANT The BWS Bruce Sand Recovery Plant maximises fines recovery and produces high quality sand products. The system consists of a lined cyclone, centrifugal slurry pump, dewatering screen and collection tank all skid mounted. 6 BWSRB SAND RECOVERY UNIT The BWSRB unit is an extremely efficient sand recovery machine consisting of a double bucket wheel, centrifugal slurry pump, two hydro cyclones, collection tank and dewatering screens all on one chassis. 16 LATTICE CONVEYORS BRUCE Belt Conveyors are of a heavy-duty lattice design. Belt tensioning is achieved by either screw tensioners or by gravity take-up units. The conveyors meet the ISO safety requirements and can be fitted with single or double walkways. Belts can be covered with folded galvanized steel covers and polyurethane belt-scrapers can be fitted if required. 17 BRUCE FEEDING ELECTRO - MAGNETIC FEEDERS Vibrating feeder s are designed with a single drive unit and have variable control to ensure a steady feed to the plant. ELECTRO - MECHANICAL FEEDERS BRUCE range of Mechanical Vibrating pan feeders are designed with maximum feeding efficiency and include feeders for light to heavy duty material within the quarrying, cement and materials handling industries. The feeders are driven by twin electric motors with an option of variable feed control. HEAVY - DUTY ELECTRO MECHANICAL VIBRATING FEEDER BRUCE range of heavy duty mechanical vibrating pan feeders are designed to give maximum feeding efficiency. Drive power is provided by twin electro vibrating motors mounted on a tube type bridge. Vibration can be controlled by a variable speed.
