The Turntable Winch and 3/8 chain features a 360 degree rotating winch for angular chain alignment to vehicle attachment points providing a secure method of attaching chains to tractors without pinching or edge loading the chain. Traditional applications include securing flatcar loads and center beam loads of steel, aluminum, wood products and other similar goods. Winch in a Box Web Winch The Winch in a Box is a heavyduty web winch which offers protected stowage for the web strap in a custom built housing. The package can conveniently store a large capacity of 4 heavy-duty webbing. 5 LADING BANDING SECUREMENTS Cushioned Banding Anchor System The Cushioned Banding Anchor System is specifically engineered for pipe car service that incorporates a cushioning mechanism to reduce banding breakage and load shifting. The system offers positive lading band cushioning in a compact package, where space for handling tools is at a minimum. A free turning, large diameter roller within a high strength cast steel housing, greatly reduces stress during tensioning. The roller supports the lading banding, softening the shock and impact forces and minimizing potential breakage of the banding during shipment. The double acting lock allows greater control over engagement and disengagement forces generated from container loading and unloading. Through specially engineered pivot points of the lock internals, entry forces are kept to a minimum while maintaining maximum holding forces in transit.
