There are several types of hoist system available depending on the requirements of the person and the construction of the property. Recent breakthroughs in design and technology mean that bespoke track and hoist systems can be manufactured to support most properties. We are able to advise or assist in the design of a ceiling track hoist system to suit individual projects, whether new build or an existing adaptation. Portable Hoists The Easytrack FS is a free standing, versatile solution for all types of point to point transfers - wheelchair to bed, bed to chair, even in the bathroom, in fact anywhere there is a lift and transfer need. 4 Swimming Pool Hoists/Lifts The PAL is a completely portable aquatic lift, requiring no mounting to the pool deck. The Splash! Aquatic Lift is a semi-portable lifting system it is battery powered and is operated by a screw driven actuator. The Oxford Dipper is for use at swimming pools, therapy pools and quayside locations with a design that is both flexible and highly functional. The bath lift is easily installed with four suction pads that cling to the bottom of the bath tub and is light weight and easy to manage.

A simple press of a button will then return the user to the top of the bath. A swivel and slide option is available to assist getting in and out of the bath.

If your client has difficulty getting in or out of the bath then a Bath Lift from Dolphin could be the answer. The bath lift is easily installed with four suction pads that cling to the bottom of the bath tub and is light weight and easy to manage. On descending into the bath they automatically recline, giving the user the luxury, of being able to lay down in the bath. A simple press of a button will then return the user to the top of the bath. A swivel and slide option is available to assist getting in and out of the bath. Other accessories include headrests, harnesses, pommels, gel filled covermats and a Junior version specially designed for use by children. If a bath lift is not suitable then we are able to provide alternative solutions such as a wall, floor or ceiling mounted hoisting system. Models are available to rise directly over one or two steps or to be installed alongside steps. The lifts are compact whilst offering a large platform area and shallow ramp for easier access and can be installed either internally or externally.
