2 THE INTELLIGENCE TO CONTROL TORQUE Pulsor C is as powerful, fast and light as a conventional pulse tool, but smart like an electric tool. The C stands for control: instead of just monitoring torque, Pulsor C has the intelligence to deliver the exact preset torque you require.
