3 Take A Stance! No matter your preferred operating position, the N30-45XMR 3 Single-Reach, the N25-30XMDR 3 Double-Reach, or the N50XMA 3 Straddle truck series are very accommodating. Designed to increase productivity by minimizing fatigue, their Flex-Stance working environment maximizes your Operator compartment s premium padding provides support for your knee s, hips, and back while placing you in the optimum working position. And to help combat leg fatigue, a denser, more shock-absorbent floor-mat with a padded floor brake engages effortlessly, increasing comfort and stance stability. The ULTIMAII Multi-Function Control Handle with integral palm rest affords simultaneous control of lift/lower and one auxiliary function, such as 2-speed reach or retraction of pantograph. In addition, infinitely variable hydraulic functions provide you precise, smooth control. control, flexibility, and productivity. Features such as padded surfaces, a dense shockabsorbent rubber floor pad and thermal management work together to minimize the fatigue and discomfort of a productive, busy shift. The larger floor provides you ample foot room for increased stability. Its ergonomic design improves your operator s productivity with simultaneous operation of acceleration, travel direction and 1-auxiliary function, such as lift/lower or two-speed reach/retract of the single- or double-reach pantograph. The natural by-product of these efficiencies is increased productivity. The N25-30XMDR 3, N30-45XMR 3 and the N50XMA 3 trucks lean, nimble and agile design, has a short wheelbase. And a proven suspension system with articulating casters lets you corner tight turns flat with rock-solid stability. The standard wire mesh guard mounted to the front of the operator compartment, behind the mast, provides flow-through ventilation and glare-free vision. 5

6 This unique, mast mounted, vision level operator display unit on this Narrow-Aisle truck series constantly lets your operator know how its performing. The display is also the primary means of troubleshooting the truck. If a fault or warning condition occurs while the truck is in use, the display relays them to your operator in real-time via English LCD read-outs. When used in conjunction with the ULTIMAII Multi-Function Control Handle, a trained service technician can program the Main Interface Board (MIB) and custom tailor operating functions of the MIB that affect truck performance. The Narrow-Aisle truck series Integral Side-Shift Carriage is lighter and more compact for a shorter lost-load-center improving your lift truck s capacity. You ll love how the shorter lost-load-center positively affects your truck s overall maneuverability in those tight spots. Best of all, your operators are now afforded the industry s clearest view of forktips through our exclusive Hyster VISTA mast, new Integral Side-Shift Carriage and the new single- or double reach pantograph. The operation of the Integral Side-Shift Carriage is the same as its predecessor, only now it has 7.0 inches of sideshift. Your standard load backrest extension (LBE) mounts the same as always. Only now, the LBE moves with the load to provide you improved visual feedback and orientation to the shelf location. It has the same fork notch and out-to-out/in-to-in fork spacing as before. What s more, located above the bottom bar, the outer frame mounting hooks eliminate shim adjustments and debris binding. Other items that remain the same are the load rollers, chain anchors and header hose lengths and termination. Even the installation of the inner frame is no different. Periodic maintenance and adjustment requirements are simple for increased reliability.
