3 INTRODUCTION In launching the so-called Optifuel Programme, Renault Trucks offers his clients an exclusive training package, including training in rational driving and Optifuel Infomax trainings. Optifuel Training includes tailor-made customer training for all types of applications and vehicles. Vehicle delivery is an essential stage for the satisfaction of our customers. Although sometimes difficult to organise, for example owing to customer constraints, it will in any event involve the training of Vehicle Delivery Specialists on both a technical and relational level. Network Competences Europe offers tailor-made training for Vehicle Delivery Specialists (SLV), both new in post and experienced.
