1 Seerman Heavy load moving sysems model SX and model S These universal heavy load moving sysems have been designed for he safe and cos saving ranspor of loads up o 100 ons. Individual configuraion of seering and rear skaes also allows higher capaciies. Transpor of heavy loads (e.g. machines, consrucion pars, seel srucures) is normally made wih a sable hree poin loading sysem. Transpor of exremely bulky or heavy loads wih an unfavourable cener of balance, may also be execued wih a four poin loading sysem. The robus owing bar in connecion wih he unique urnable on large diameer hrus bearings allows efforless seering of he load. The rear skaes are aligned parallel by means of a ie rod and kep in posiion, hus ensuring ime saving and smooh ransporaion of he load. The skaes are powder coaed and all connecing elemens corrosion-resisan. Highes safey requiremens have been considered. 2 Feaures The modular design ensures an exremely simple operaion and simulaneously offers a wider range of combinaions. The consrucion of he load moving sysems is exremely robus and resisan o disorion. The skaes are smooh-running and provide an incredibly low rolling resisance even wih he heavies loads. Twin rollers (insead of one wide roller) ensure low rolling resisance even a a narrow curve radius. The universal join suspension of he roller groups conribues o a posiive conac when ravelling over uneven floors. The roller wheels are manufacured wih abrasionresisan, elasic polyamide. They are proeced agains breakage and have high chemical resisance. Each individual roller is made from high ensile maerial which ensures exremely quie running. The rollers are suiable for all in-plan floors and will no damage normal floor covering. The load moving sysems can be easily dismanled and faciliae ranspor even in small rucks. The load moving sysems have been developed for professional applicaions and are pracically mainenance-free. All rollers are provided wih wo encapsulaed, lifeime lubricaed ball bearings. The fron seering skae is equipped wih an amply dimensioned axial ball bearing underneah he urnable. From SX-10 he fron and rear skaes are available individually. 5 Heavy load moving sysem model LX 6 and 12 These hree poin loading sysems comprise of a seerable fron and a pair of adjusable rear skaes. The heavy load moving sysems are supplied ready-o-use. The seerable fron skaes (LX-6F and LX-12F) are provided wih an appropriae owing bar. The rear skaes (LX-12R) are idenical in consrucion and are equipped wih wo adjusable ie rods. The wheels are made of hardwearing nylon. The fron and rear skaes can accep each 50 % of he oal capaciy.
