6 Three control options meet all your needs in terms of convenience, precision and reliability. ELECTROPILOT (ARION/AXION). On request, ARION and AXION tractors can be fitted with ELECTROPILOT ex factory. The joystick integrated into the armrest controls the front linkage and the front loader via electronic spool valves. The joystick features an excellent ergonomic design, and is easy and very comfortable to use, falling right to hand. In addition to the basic functions, the scope of the ELECTROPILOT can also be extended with a third and fourth function for the front loader. The CIS and CEBIS systems allow you to modify the maximum flow rates for the front loader quickly and easily according to the task at hand. As a safety precaution, the ELECTROPILOT can be disengaged at the touch of a button to prevent the front loader from being operated accidentally. Using the ELECTROPILOT 6

7 You're in command. FLEXPILOT. FLEXPILOT provides maximum operating comfort with its hydraulic driver-operated control valve. You can switch between single-acting and double-acting operation at the touch of a button to cope with changing requirements whenever needed. Thanks to the operating system's intuitive design, you can fully exploit the capabilities of your FL front loader right from the outset. PROPILOT. PROPILOT is a multifunctional single-lever control system which operates using Bowden cables. It has been specially designed for operating the front loader, and has proven its worth in everyday use. 8 Change implements in no time at all. Quick and comfortable switchover. MA The FL range of front loaders can be specified with different quick-change frames, including MA/DGS or DGS/SMS. This makes it possible to fit a wide variety of implements, taking into account different standards for implement types, brands and individual country preferences. DGS The quick-change frames make implement changing easy and straightforward. The ingenious design reduces lifting power requirements and provides ideal tip and crowd angles. CLAAS offers a range of options for automatic implement locking and hydraulic connection. These options facilitate the attaching of implements, especially in intensive daily use. MA/DGS DGS/SMS 8

9 SPEEDLINK. In addition to hydraulic locking, SPEEDLINK allows you to automatically connect all hydraulic and electrical connections from the cab when attaching implements. In fact, you can attach and release the front-mounted implements without moving from your seat. As soon as an implement is uncoupled, all connections are completely sealed to prevent the entry of dirt or other contamination. FASTLOCK. FASTLOCK is a system that enables you to hydraulically lock front-mounted implements in place from the comfort of the driver's seat. MACH 2. With MACH 2, you can easily connect the hydraulic connections between the front-mounted implements and the front loader by hand, even when the lines are under pressure you'll never mix up the connections again. 12 Ready to go in a flash. FITLOCK for effortless attachment and removal. With the FITLOCK system, you can fit and replace the loader without tools and without stress. Mounting the FL front loader is child's play. FITLOCK allows you to mount the loader quickly, safely and easily in any situation, even on uneven ground. The pre-lock mechanism secures the connection before the front loader locks fully into position. Afterwards, it can be detached just as conveniently. Drive in Pre-lock Lock From your driving position in the cab, a glance at the lock indicator is all it takes to verify that the front-loader frame is properly engaged. 12

13 MACH just one action. With the MACH multi-coupling system, you can easily connect all the hydraulic and electrical connections in just one action, even when the lines are under pressure. You simply place the multi-coupling system on the tractor console, pull the handle down and everything is perfectly connected. Problems caused by dirt in the hydraulic system or wrong connections are now a thing of the past. You need to leave your cab only once. With a combination of FITLOCK and MACH, you need to leave your cab only once to connect the FL front-end loader. Just drive the tractor up to the lifting frame: as soon as the FITLOCK system has locked in place, you get out of the cab, connect the multi-coupling system and stow the support braces in the boom. It's that easy! The support braces can be stowed in the transverse strut of the boom, and are always close at hand. They do not impair the driver's field of vision. FITLOCK MACH 13

14 PCH hydraulic self-levelling linkage. The FL range of front loaders is equipped with hydraulic self-levelling linkage, which maintains the angle of the implement precisely and automatically. Two hydraulic cylinders underneath the lifting arms compensate for the changes in angle caused by the lifting arms moving up and down. They are positioned so that the operator has an uninterrupted view of the front loader. 35 percent more lifting power. The PCH linkage is permanently fixed to the tilt cylinders, which increases the lifting power by 35 percent without the need for any additional energy input. The weight of the front-loaded implement generates pressure in the tilt cylinders which is transferred to the PCH cylinders and supports the lifting procedure. 14

15 Precision is everything. Always at the right angle. To help you determine the best operating angle for the implement concerned, the self-levelling cylinders feature two position options: 1. Pallet position Ideal for handling pallets and bales, because the implement angle stays constant. 2. Bucket position Suitable for all bulk goods. 16 Effective damping for all-round protection. SHOCK ELIMINATOR. The ability to work quickly and precisely without undue stress is the top priority during the working day. The multifunction control lever guarantees a high standard of comfort, precision and performance. Additionally, the SHOCK ELIMINATOR damping system absorbs loader vibrations, protecting the tractor, driver and front loader from shocks. 18 Integrated hydraulic lines. To minimise the risk of physical damage, all lines are routed inside the lifting arms. This added protection eliminates the cause of many repairs and has the added advantage of improving the driver's view of the working area. Protected grease nipples. All the grease nipples are recessed in the pins and do not protrude beyond the front loader profile. This means they are well protected and easily accessible. Precise tilt indicator. The easily visible tilt indicator keeps you informed of the angle of the implement in relation to the ground. This allows the driver to position the implement precisely during lowering. 18
