4 New lightweight fifth wheel coupling JSK 34 s new product development strives to meet customer expectations for versatility and weight reduction without making any compromises on safety, driving stability and ease of use. s new JSK 34 lightweight fifth wheel coupling, frame mounting will be available as a low-maintenance variant with top-plate liners and the renowned integrated LubeTronic 5Point central lubrication system. Starting in 2019, the JSK 34 series will be sensor. The system weight can thus be reduced by up to 40 kg depending on the series. This ultralight cast fifth wheel coupling for 2" king pins is used in weight-sensitive transports such as tankers and silo trucks. Advantages for the forwarding agent: less fuel consumption and optimum payload utilization. The new one-handed operation function with security latch ensures secure unlocking. It is very easy to use and ensures excellent visibility of the locking position at all times. has equipped the JSK 34 with a newly developed hybrid bearing to increase driving comfort while reducing the dynamic load on the vehicle s frame at the same time.
