This is lower than the average depreciation rate of 0.69% seen in the previous eight weeks. Car segments that showed the highest declines last week include Entry Level Car, Prestige Luxury Car and Entry Mid-Size Car, declining by 0.76%, 0.73% and 0.71%, respectively. Volume-weighted, overall truck values decreased by 0.64% last week. This is higher than the average depreciation rate of 0.56% seen in the previous four weeks. Truck segments that showed the highest declines last week include Mini Vans, Compact SUV and Compact CUV, declining by 1.41%, 1.39% and 1.17%, respectively.

2 Sentiment from the Auction Lanes Our editors and personnel attend about 60 auctions every week across the country to provide key insights: Poor selection here today with a lot of low prices as dealers were dumping old stock. Richard from FL Vehicle Highlight 2016 GMC Acadia is available in SL, SLE, SLT and Denali trim levels. MSRP starts at $30,975. 3 SPECIALTY MARKETS: COLLECTIBLE CARS Looking Forward to Scottsdale Although the collectible car world is gearing up for the assembly of auctions that will be held in Scottsdale next month, reinforced by the seemingly daily arrival of press releases breathlessly announcing the most recent significant vehicle that has been consigned to one or another of them, savvy collectors are aware that there are quite a few important late Fall events being held throughout the country. Eric Lawrence, Director of Specialty kets Post War American Classics Jan/ / /e y/ t/ / Jan/ / /e y/ / / Mecum s fourth annual Anaheim auction was a success, selling 416 of 628 lots for $13,850,000, a 66% sell through rate. The event was well attended, with several vehicles bringing quite a bit less than similar vehicles have sold for at recent Mecum auctions, suggesting that some bargains were found. The Keno Brothers hosted their first automobile auction, Rolling Sculpture, in New York on ember 19 th. They are well known in the high-end collectible art world, and are seeking to bring their expertise into the vintage automobile arena by stressing quality and provenance over quantity. Preliminary results show twenty of forty lots selling for a total of $8,300,000. This time it was the Motor Homes declining nearly twelve percent, while the towables increased roughly nine. The Motor Home segment is behaving exactly as I would expect it to this time of the year, but the towables are not. If you look carefully at the bottom chart, you ll see that auction values have returned to almost exactly where they were two months ago, while auction volume has inexplicably risen to its highest point since e. Eric Lawrence, Director of Specialty kets Motor Home Value Trends For Motor Homes (including Class A, B, and C) Average selling price was $33,316, down $4,486 (11.8%) from previous month One year ago, the average selling price was $34,964 Auction volume was down 3% from previous month Travel Trailer and Fifth Wheel Value Trends For Towables (including Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels, and Camping Trailers) Average selling price was $11,069, up $886 (8.7%) from previous month One year ago, the average selling price was $10,019 Auction volume was up 18% from previous month 4

5 SPECIALTY MARKETS: POWERSPORTS Powersports ket Shows Seasonal lines The Powersports market is currently experiencing a fairly typical seasonal downturn in both values and auction attendance. Prices have decreased a little over one percent for all the segments except Snowmobiles, which are up marginally this month. The Snowmobile segment continues to inch upwards in value as we head towards the winter months, but has not shown the dramatic increases in value that are likely to come with the first severe snowstorm of the season. The overall market remains stable at the moment, with all major on and off-road segments dropping by 1.1 to 1.3 percent, with the exception of off-road (dirt) bikes, which are down a bit more at -1.6%. 5

7 SPECIALTY MARKETS: MEDIUM DUTY The Medium Duty Segment decline slows It was good to see some excitement at the truck auction this past month. Bret Swanson, Editor Medium Duty Truck Data ember brought a better performing Medium Duty market. After seeing the decline, month to month double from tember to ober, the market took a smaller decline. In ober, we saw the three to ten year old trucks dropped an average of $613. In ember, this same group had an average decline of $299. The one and two year old models followed a similar pattern. In ober, this group declined on average, $1776. For ember, this group had an average decline of $615.
