For 2011, EA/EFS partnership production credit was measured at the agency level in accordance with Resources For Growth (RFG) agency definitions and scoring. Production credit roll-up only occurred where allowed for RFG scoring (Agency principals with multiple locations that "roll-up" to one Resources For Growth score.)
