The ceramics pieces are guaranteed for 10 years and replaceable plastic items for 12 months, provided they are installed by a registered plumber. All products comply with the relevant Australian Standards and toilets are also approved under the Australian Government s Water Efficiency Labelling System WELS. Look for the EVO water saving label to purchase a 4 star (4.5 / 3 litre dual flush) water saving product. Vitreous china products shrink during firing and may be subject to minor shape variations. Quoted sizes are nominal and may vary +/- 2%. Such minor variations do not affect the finished look, installation or performance of the product.
