1 ADDENDUM 2 PROJECT: POKAGONEK AWAT HARTFORD CLIENT: ISSUE DATE: JUL 1, 2015 The following clarifications and changes shall be included in the Plans and Specifications for the above referenced project, as prepared by dated June 3, 2012 CLARIFICATIONS: 1. Regarding Submersible Lift Station. Only 1 lift station with 2-15 hp pumps will be constructed. Sheet references 2 lift stations, STA. 1 and STA. 2. STA. 1 information pertains to an existing lift station located at Four Winds Hartford, which pumps via a 6 main along Red Arrow Highway and discharges at the City of Hartford Waste Water Treatment Plant. STA. 2 is the proposed lift station that will be constructed as part of this project and will connect to the existing 6 force main. 2. All HMA drive replacement is included in pay items HMA, 13A and HMA 36A. SPECIFICATIONS: 1. A new Proposal has been issued and is attached to this Addendum. Included in the proposal is item 109 Board & Batten Vinyl Siding Allowance. The attached Proposal replaces pages P-1 through P-8. It is agreed that this bid may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening thereof.
