OFFER DEFINITION The tipper and platform have: a) a specific Daily MY 2012 version depending from the markets needs ( see ANNEX 1); b) the list of CCM which define the correct version of tipper and platform and the optional required (see ANNEX 2) c) a specific specific characteristic CCG has to be set on the order, that constrain the vehicle production just in Suzzara plant d) insert a specific opt (as required) depending from a specific customer needs. e) Moreover you will find a self-explanatory brochure, for the network, that clarify the correct CCM identification, technical specification of the products in the language of the countries involved in the initiative (see ANNEX 4, 5, 6, 7)

4 2. VEHICLE ORDER AND PRODUCTION FLOW A dedicated process has been defined to manage the tipper & platform offers, within the framework of Spot Offers approach. Here below the main steps of the production and its logistic flow: wks 1 wk 1-2 wks 1 wk 3 Months 2.1 Macro flow from order to final delivery (Maximum time) 1. Production of the ordered vehicle in Suzzara plant 6 8 weeks 2. Transport from Suzzara to Scattolini Plant (Valeggio sul Mincio) within 1 week 3. Tipper / Platform Installation in Scattolini Plant about 1 week 4. Quality control and vehicle release (by Scattolini and ready to delivery by BB portal) together point 3 5. Transport from Valeggio sul Mincio to the Dealer, or to the final delivery point 1 2 weeks Total vehicle lead time about 3 months 2.2 Order procedure 1) To create an order vehicle, through the SAP, the vehicle configuration and the Iveco Daily optional, are free. 2) For use this promotion is ALWAYS necessary to select the SPECIAL FEATURE from CCG section of the configurator: CCG: DAILY ALLESTIMENTI SPECIALI (*) 3) To find, in CCM Tipper or Platform brochure, the correct CCM, for the Daily model ordered, and the CCMs related to the desired accessories. 4) To complete the order of the equipment, inserting the correct CCMs on the SAP order

5 2.3 Vehicle/installation logistic flow procedure additional information When a vehicle is ordered by the markets or by the dealer, the chassis order will be placed to Suzzara Plant and the order of the Equipment arrives to Scattolini Company. The complete vehicle is assigned and stored on the commercial area. Iveco logistic, moves the vehicle to Scattolini in Valeggio sul Mincio where it will be completed. Iveco logistic will recover again the vehicle and will complete the transport to final destination (Dealer) 2.4 Homologation documents procedure (COC) When the vehicle is complete and ready for the delivery to the Dealer, Scattolini provides, on his website restricted area ( the copy of the Complete Vehicle COC The different market will have access at the different restricted area in which they can find the certificate (COC) and all the documentation of the vehicles (Warranty terms, CEE Conformity, User guide, Scattolini Point network ) The Certificate could be printed on the special watermarked paper (provided by Scattolini) or managed by other way (depend from the market needs).

7 VARIOUS The installation will be covered, during the warranty time (2 years), directly from the Scattolini points (see ANNEX 3 Excel file); in case of assistance points missing on the country or not so easily accessible, also the IVECO network will be available to assist the products. In this case, the IVECO network will issue a relative invoice, to Scattolini using the labour cost amount (typical of the market in warranty claims), and the intervention time (WU) in according to the Scattolini repair times table. On each vehicle will be present a Scattolini documentation with all the information useful for the final customer in own country language.
