1 SPOKANE COMMUNITY COLLEGE CATALOG The Evergreen State College allows up to 90 transfer credits for work completed at the community college level. Of those 90, maximum of 15 credits may be in the category of Vocational-Technical-Personal Development. In order to qualify for the Upside Down Program you must earn the non-designated transfer degree and have completed English Composition or equivalent with a C grade or better and have at least a 2.50 cumulative grade point average.
