By measuring all 4 wheels live and simultaneously, Touchless is more precise than non-contact aligners with 2-wheel measurement. Touchless achieves an exceptionally high ambient light tolerance through lasers with highest safety standards. As there are no rail or fixed lift-robot cimbinations required, Touchless is fully mobile. Better than CCD and 3D aligner. With Touchless, wheel alignment becomes easier, faster, and without mechanical tolerances, as there is no need to attach clamps and other electronics that could damage the rims. 13

Touchless Smart Test: Measure camber, individual toe, and total toe values in a few seconds. This is enabled by the Short ROC routine and user interface Touchless Smart Cam: Non-contact wheel alignment without the use of tragets or electronics on the wheel is realized through a highly innovative stereo-camera laser system. It generates a 3D wheel model through multi-level processing algorithms for measurements.
