Our WEX Online tool kit helps you control expenses through a combination of customized purchase controls and timely, accurate information, whenever and wherever you need it. PURCHASE CONTROLS Setting up purchase controls is easy. You can choose to set different choices for each individual driver or have one set of controls for all cards. Examples of controls you can set include: Cost per transaction Number of transactions per day Dollars per month and/or per transaction Time hours per day/days per week Set controls for each individual driver or for all cards Schedule purchase alerts when controls are violated PURCHASE ALERTS You decide on your purchasing policies and then we ll you a Purchase Alert whenever a purchase exceeds one of your established limits. The system is designed to decline transactions that exceed your specified limits.
