3 3 Clean matter: energy-saving, safe and resource-saving. MHG blasting systems save on operating costs without compromising quality. This is assured by the energy-efficient technology, lighting units with energy-saving lamps and the MHG energy-saving system, which automatically switches off the extraction fan and lighting when the blast cabinet is not in use. Just a press of the foot pedal is enough to reactivate the blasting process without having to switch on the blast cabinet manually. Additional safety is provided by electrical safety cut-offs, which, corresponding to the latest regulations for safety in the workplace, automatically interrupt the blasting process as soon as the doors are opened. The special design of the MHG blasting systems, with large viewing panes and lateral doors that seal tightly even after years of use, enables safe handling of the workpieces and precise, dust-free blasting. Special air intake ducts above the viewing window additionally improve the view while blasting. The effective sound insulation of the blast cabinet also helps to noticeably reduce the noise level at the workplace. Finally, the innovative MHG blast medium reclaim system guarantees low consumption and at the same time a constantly high quality of the blast medium. In this manner, efficiency and outstanding blasting results are optimally combined.

4 Exclusively from MHG: Blast media reclaim with system. As a provider of blasting technology, MHG equips its systems by standard with a special blast media reclaim system. Integrated between the blast cabinet and exhaust air filter, the system reduces the blast media consumption and at the same time maintains a consistently high blast media quality. In this manner, MHG blasting systems guarantee optimal efficiency and reproducible surface quality. Three times more efficient: the system components 1. The blast cabinet The design of the working environment has a crucial influence on the performance of the employees. Therefore all MHG blasting systems are sound-insulated and guarantee a clear view of the workpiece to be processed thanks to a clever extraction system and a dust-free environment. 2. The reclaim system Unlike conventional blasting systems, MHG blasting systems use a cyclone separator to separate permanently usable blast media from dust, impurities and used blast media. In the process, both time and money are saved, because only usable blast media remains in circulation. 3. The exhaust air filtration The dedusting takes place by means of overdimensioned cartridge filters with automatic cleaning of the filter cartridges. The filter material can be individually selected in order to also filter out problematic dusts with a separation degree of up to 99 %, and of course satisfy DIN EN Annex AA of the applicable dust classification.

5 5 Tested safety: from documentation to certification. MHG customers have the assurance that their blasting systems satisfy all important international standards and directives. The certifications according to DIN EN ISO for the Safety of Machinery and safety-related parts of control systems, as well as in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, confirm the exemplary quality of our systems and their contribution to increased safety at the workplace. Specially trained MHG employees are also qualified to test machine according to accident prevention regulations (UVV) and issue the corresponding test seal.

8 SMG 25 DUO 8 The SMG 25 DUO blasting systems offers the same technical advantages as the single station version. However, with its two workstations it enables the simultaneous use of two blast media in one system and thus the combination of various treatment processes, such as gentle cleaning and sealing of wire or sink eroded components. Its extremely powerful filter enables use in hard continuous or shift operation, such as for revision work. 33 Simply getting more out: MHG filter systems. 33 Powerful technology is incorporated into MHG filter systems, which meet the highest standards and optimally fulfil all legal requirements. Our filter cartridges are equipped with filter category M, which also permits work with problematic dusts. High-performance filter media with Teflon coating or Gore Tex membranes achieve outstanding residual dust values and degrees of separation of up to 99 %. For extremely critical dusts, additional filters ( police filters ) are used. MHG filter systems are maintenance-free. The integrated control unit enables the selection of various cleaning intervals.
