8 Mechanical Thickeners EKOSEP GT-series (Gravity Tables) Gravity tables are used for sludge concentration at the domestic sewage treatment plants, in food processing industry, textile industry, at the tanneries, in pulp and paper industry. GT Gravity Tables have been designed for sludge content from 0,7% to 3,0% DS. Thickened sludge concentration is typically from 5% to 7% DS. As an optional extra GT gravity Tables can be combined with ploughs and pressure plate or ploughs and roller. It is possible to reach even 10% to 12% dry solids with using extra equipment.
