1 BM20200 Mobile Roller Brake Tester The BM20200 roller brake tester is designed for direct on-ground installation without need of civil work. It requires only approximately 10 minutes for one person to set it up for operation. This brake tester features a large range of options that allows for a customized configuration. OPTIONS Robust and long lasting: All steel is of highest quality and hot galvanized. Consists of an integral motorized gear box, two main rollers and a spring loaded sensor roller, all placed in a galvanized steel frame. The wear surfaces of the rollers are based on mesh steel to ensure a long life time and accurate measurements. Steel mesh plus a flinstone/bauxite mix for test of only summer tires.

The BM20200 roller brake tester is approved by several international authorities and can optionally be supplied in compliance with ISO See also other BM brake testers for light and heavy vehicles: BM12200, BM14200, BM17200 and BM5200. The rollers are only approximately 160 mm above floor level allowing for very short drive on/off ramps (only 125 cm on each side). Requires a minimum of floor space.
