Upon arrival please do NOT go to the upper paddocks as there is an event going on. Please see below as to the restrictions for all Chumps on Friday. This is copied and pasted direct from event organizer please respect their wishes. set up in the turn 1 paddock after 1230 pm permitted no set up in any other area above the lower washrooms to the track/pit area no use of the gas pumps no walking/spectating or setting up in any of the areas above the lower washrooms other than turn 1 until 5 pm on June 30 anyone found in a restricted area will be asked to leave and potentially take all their equipment back to the gate

4 HOT PIT AND PIT LANE SR1 Pit Lane Speed Limit is SLOW. (That s about 2,000 RPM in second gear for most cars.) The speed limit shall be in effect for the entire length of the outer pit wall. SR-2 - Pit lane spaces will be assigned. wendy@chumpcarcanada.com for any special requests. You will receive a copy of the pit assignments during the week prior to the event. If you set up in someone else s pit, you will be asked to move. SR -3 NO crew members are allowed over the wall until the race car has come to a complete stop in the pit box! SR-4 All work and/or repairs that can be made to your race cars in less than thirty (30) minutes may be executed in the Pit Lane; all repairs requiring more than 30 minutes time must be completed in the paddock area SR-5 Electric, propane or kerosene heaters are NOT allowed anywhere in the hot pit or the cold pits. SR-6 No open flame stoves or BBQ s are allowed in the cold or hot pits. SR-7 Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed in the hot or cold pits. Smoking is permitted in the public area. SR-8 No children under the age of 14 and no animals are allowed in the hot or cold pits. SR-9 There will be NO setting up of your pit until after 5pm on Friday June 30 th. Please note the 2005 dated helmets are no longer accepted. FUELING SR-9 The Hot Pit Lane is the exclusive fueling area. The fueling of the race cars shall be completed by use of a 20 Liter plastic jug and funnel. Hoses or other fueling adapters are also allowed as per the BCR. Jugs must have sealable lids/caps. Metal fuel drums or other fuel containers with manual pumps and hose lines are allowed to refill plastic jugs, but not allowed for refueling cars. No electric pumps are allowed. ALL fuel storage must be maintained on the cold side of the pit wall or kept within your transporter. SR-10 All teams shall have one (1) fully charged 10lb ABC fire extinguisher in their pits. All teams should have at least one (1) 10lb bag of absorbent for any minor fuel spillage and/or oil leaks. ANY spillage must be cleaned up as soon as the car leaves the pit area. SR-11 Drivers may remain in the car during fueling. Driver changes are allowed during fueling. NO WORK ON ANY CAR SHALL BE ATTEMPTED DURING

5 FUELING this includes checking tire pressure, cleaning the windshield and emptying cool suit coolers. All engines and electrical kill switches must be OFF during fueling. SR-12 ALL team members over the wall when fueling must wear a fireproof driver s suit, gloves and full face helmet. SR-11 The designated fire bottle crew member MUST be ten (10) feet from the gas cap. This crew member must ONLY stand with full attention on the fueling. This means he/she does NOT help take off the gas cap/trade off gas cans or anything else that may take his/her attention away from fueling. GENERAL SR-13 All cars, used or junk parts too big for a normal trash can, empty fuel drums and anything else you brought with you must be taken out with you. SR-14 RESPECT the facility, staff, volunteers and other competitors. ANY TEAM THAT DOES NOT RESPECT OR ABIDE BY THE ABOVE RULES MAY BE PENALIZED AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY CHUMPCAR CANADA. COST FOR PIT/SPECTATOR PASSES: $20 for the weekend or $10 per day. Kids under 14 are free when accompanied by an adult. Wrist bands can be purchased at the track front gate. Members are admitted without cost. IF you are made to pay at the front gate and you are a member, please come to registration and it will be refunded. Overnight Camping: Self-contained RV camping in the paddock is allowed on Friday and Saturday night. All vehicles must vacate the track grounds Sunday. There is NO electric hook up or waste dumping services. There is no additional charge for camping. You will be permitted to come to the track and drop off your trailer up until 8pm Thursday June 30th.
