Pump and 4 should be replaced in the immediate and short term at $300,000 each. Pumps, 3 and 5 are running very smoothly -no noise, no vibr. One () spare 500 HP motor is available (old, emergency spare unit). Pump -3-5 run on high flow only, therefore little running time so far. When pumps and 4 are replaced, all 5 units should require no serious repair or replacement for the dur of the study period. Allow for spare parts in the medium term ($50,000) and the purchase of one () 500 HP motor in the medium term ($00,000) In the wet well: four (4) gates, four (4) actuators. The gates appear in good shape despite age. The gates' actuators should be replaced in the short term: $5,000 each. All panels and VFDs are located in the Control Room. VFDs were between 00 and 005. Allow for the replacement of each VFD once in the study period: $50,000 each, in the short term, in the medium term, 3 in the long term. Replacement of MCCs for the sewage influent pumping st, screen and grit building and clarifiers is planned for in the immediate ($0,000). 2 ( to 5) term: HVAC 8 Buildings and 9 For the wet well and for the building, stairs and control room. and SCADA Flow meters (5) 005 range from 0-00,000 m3/day; 3 range from 0-50 m3/day. Located downstream of the 5 raw sewage pumps Wet well 977 A new HVAC system was in the wet well in 005, after deficiencies were found in the concrete due to a lack of proper ventil. The major equipment comprise of air conditioning units and make-up air units. Allow for major upgrade of the wet wells and the building and rooms: $50,000 in the medium term. Minor repairs etc. are to be handled under the opers budget. A Milltronics system and high alarm float switches are in place in the Wet Wells. Pumps are controlled by the level in the wet well. Annual meter calibr is carried out under the opers budget. The appearance of the condition of the wet well is good. The gates appear in good condition despite age. The gate actuator have never been replaced (see section "pipe and valves" above for details on replacement of actuators). It has been reported that there are deteriors in the concrete that are not readily visible. The concrete is becoming weak in spots due to the sewage off-gas and lack of proper ventil. The hold down bolts and clamps where attached to the concrete are becoming loose. Each section of the wet well should be inspected and all hold down bolts and clamps that are mounted to the concrete walls should be tested and reinforced as required (allow for $50,000 in the short term).
