4 SERVICE/CHECKING CHARGE: For going to customers locations and return, charge one (1) hour minimum, plus costs per kilometer traveled. MINIMUM LABOUR CHARGE: Minimum charge for labour on work done in shop should be one half (1/2) hour. OVERTIME CHARGE: When work requested by customer must be performed outside normal working hours, charge one and a half (1-1/2) times normal rate. OPERATIONS NOT COVERED IN SCHEDULE: Charge hourly rate. Time spent removing parts, fittings, etc., in order to perform the operations scheduled or time spent by machinist waiting for this work to be done, should be charged at the hourly rate. TOXIC GOODS DISPOSAL FEE: Due to the use of toxic chemicals in the cleaning processes as well as the aftermath of all machine processes, a waste stream of chemicals, oils, greases, and heavy metals is generated. In order to dispose of these in an environmentally friendly manner it is necessary for us to charge the customer (originator) a fee to assist in the safe disposal of this waste stream. All invoices will be charged 5% on the labour portion only to assist in the safe disposal of these items. SHOP SUPPLIES A 3% shop supply fee will be charged to cover material used for operations GOODS LEFT OVER 30 DAYS Lordco can not be responsible for any goods left over 30 days. Page 3
