3 FIXED PRICE REPAIR GUIDE PRICES Our Fixed Price Repair Service Charge applies to Digital Compact Cameras, low end D-SLR Cameras, Lenses and Speedlites. VAT Sensor cleans are carried out and assessed using appropriate software to determine pass or fail. You are entitled to one free sensor clean during the warranty period. Charge will be limited to cleaning of sensor, if replacement sensor is required due to misuse during warranty or the camera is outside of warranty then an estimate will be provided. If any work is required beyond the sensor clean, an estimate will be provided. Calibration Only Charges 1x Body & Lens x Lens Due the nature of dust on DSLR sensors, no warranty is offered on this service. For this reason, we advise customers to check the condition of the camera sensor following a sensor clean and report any issues immediately. Please ensure the body cap is fitted when sending in your product.

7 Personalised Repair Cost You can speed up your repair turnaround time* by 2 3 days and save the VAT estimate charge by not requesting an estimate. Customers just simply provide us with a repair limit in the region of VAT. We will contact you if the repair is going to exceed your maximum repair limit. Most repairs are based on a per hour labour charge + spares, return postage and VAT. A 6-month warranty is provided on the repair only and does not cover any other faults. To take advantage of this Personalised Repair Cost please enter your maximum repair limit on your repair form or letter. *For non CPS customers the average repair turnaround time is 10 working days subject to spare part availability. Estimates There is a VAT charge if you do not go ahead with the estimate. However, if you proceed with the repair, the time taken for the technician to produce the estimate will be incorporated into the final repair cost. The estimate will include the labour time, parts, return shipping and VAT costs and take 2-3 days to prepare the estimate. Once the estimate has been proceeded the final charge may vary by +/- 5%. A 6-month warranty is provided on the repair only and does not cover any other faults.
