1 VEHICLE RONT END ALIGNMENT SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS OR EQUIVLANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS YES NO DEVIATIONS 1) New, Current Year Model. 2) Deliver and install within 90 days. 3) Delivery One (1) Complete Set, disk or Hard Copy, Operators Manual and IPB. 4) System shall be modularly expandable to accommodate larger vehicles. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: New equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship, One (1) year, from the date of installed acceptance, except for below. PC s, *(**)All Circuit Boards, CRT s, LCD s, Power Supplies, Transducerss warranted for a period of three (3) years. Lift power unit warranted two (2) years. Batteries warranted six (6) months. Replacement parts purchased from manufacturer representative are warranted for Six (6) Months. Field labor support is covered by warranty for six (6) months from date of System acceptance. *During the initial thirty (30), after acceptance of the System, complete PC s will be replaced at no charge. After thirty (30) days they will be repaired at No Charge. All internal PC components will be replaced at No charge for a period of three (3) years from date of Systems Acceptance. ** Printers will be exchanged for the first ninety (90) days, and repaired for the remaining nine (9) months of the one year warranty. 1

Must be able to communicate with the HD turn plate System to automatically lock and unlock turn plates. 10. Must include a 4 digital camera system with a resolution Of 2,608 X 1,952, 20,000,000 px Camera system must include 4, 3-D targets polymer Targets which (with projectors) rest against the wheel And utilize a 2 arm clamping system to secure to the Tire tread. Camera system must be capable of aligning a Vehicle at floor level and at full rise of the attached rack. 2

System must be able to save results to the alignment Itself and be to retrieve results remotely from any PC, tablet, or phone with internet capabilities. 14. Must include a wireless hand held remote to navigate The alignment program without returning to the Console. 15. Alignment console must be capable of communicating With IPhone and/or IPad or android device to be used to Navigate through the alignment program without returning To the console and to show current bar graphs to aid with adjustments. 16. Must include adaptors to allow adjustment of caster And camber with the front wheels off of the vehicle. 18. Must include a 3-D sensor system to attach to medium Truck with larger front bolt pattern and rear dual Wheels. 19.
