On lectronic Vehicle nformation enter (V) equipped vehicles, Oil hange Required will be displayed in the V and a single chime will sound, indicating that an oil change is necessary. On on-v equipped vehicles, hange Oil will flash in the instrument cluster odometer and a single chime will sound, indicating that an oil change is necessary. Based on engine operation conditions the oil change indicator message will illuminate. his means that service is required for your vehicle. ave your vehicle serviced as soon as possible, within the next 500 miles (05 km).

3 O: he oil change indicator message will not monitor the time since the last oil change. hange your vehicle s oil if it has been six months since your last oil change even if the oil change indicator message is O illuminated. hange your engine oil more often if you drive your vehicle off-road for an extended period of time. nder no circumstances should oil change intervals exceed 6,000 miles (10,000 km) or six months, whichever comes first. One set is located on the top of the engine under the coils and the second set is located on the side of the engine. he spark plugs located under the coils are a standard plug and must be changed every 4,000 miles (0 000 km). he spark plugs located on the side of the engine are a premium plug and must be changed every 96,000 miles ( km).
