1 ItalianCarFest TM Entrant Form Instructions Use this form to register your Italian automobile for ltaliancarfest TM when paying by check. Registrations by mail must be received by Tuesday, September 4 th. Final acceptance of registrations will be subject to space limitations on the field. We will not accept mail in registrations arriving after this date. We will not accept registrations submitted in person on the day of show. If you have not previously shown your vehicle at ICF TM, please remember to a color photo of your entry to lnfo@ltaliancarfest.org. Participant(s) acknowledge sole responsibility for themselves, individuals in their party and for their entry on event grounds whether before, during or after event hours. In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, which will be held rain or shine, by completing this registration, participant agrees to hold harmless the Italian Car Club of the Southwest, ICF TM Directors, committee members, volunteers and the City of Grapevine, Texas, for vehicle damage and/or personal injury. ltaliancarfest TM show organizers reserve the right to make changes to the classes that are considered to be in the best interest of the show, based on the actual entries received.
