2 OVERVIEW Established in 1989, Danmar Autobody has expanded into a group of 5 branches, collectively in Gauteng and Cape Town. Danmar Autobody was taken over by the Imperial Group in October 2010, the Imperial Group take over strengthened Danmar s reputation, within the autobody sector. The new BEE Consortium became involved with the Danmar Group as of 1 June 2017 with Dr. P M Mandela spearheading the brand into a new era, to ensure sustainability of the transformation within the industry, and will be focusing on improving the company standards. Danmar Autobody s key strategy is to expand nationally, with keeping in line with our goals of: uncompromised quality and service, leading technical expertise, good corporate management and exceptional workmanship in the automotive industry sector. Besides Dr. P M Mandela, our senior management team consists of the following: ~Howard Bloomberg, who is the CEO and is in charge of the Core Operations of the business.
