The adjustment, up or down, is considered based on the 13-WK Avg. posted on the USDOE (US Dept. of Energy) HDF (Retail on Highway Diesel ) prices. In accordance with the TSA (Transpacific Stabilization Agreement), of which Hapag-Lloyd is a member, these adjustments will be based on the continued use of the same BNSF (Burlington Northern-Santa Fe) calculation formula and pricing tiers..
