10 Lubricus the battery-powered model LUB-B-1 und LUB-B2 operate with a special battery pack Battery: Lithium Iron Sulphide Advantages: - longer storage life - nearly no self-discharge - works well under low temperatures - maximum capacity until the end, no voltage drop Lubricus Typ B can operate up to 36 months, simple handling 1 or 2 outlets => same amount of lubricant possibility to connect an LED cable Back-pressure measurement possible with battery powered models LED display provides information about the status (every 60s green = o.k./every 5s red= n.o.k.)

11 Lubricus the 24V model LUB-V-1 und LUB-V-2 operate with a 24V power supply (10.30 V) Lubricus Typ V can be programmed (with one cartridge) up to 36 months In fact, in discontinuous operation of the application longer delivery times are possible! Power supply via the connector M12x1, simple handling reading out errors possible 1 or 2 outlets => same amount of lubricant Back-pressure measurement possible LED display provides information about the status (every 60s green = o.k./every 5s red= n.o.k.)

12 Lubricus the LUB-C-Model The LUB-C-Models are available with 1, 2, 3 or 4 outlets The LUB-C-Types require the Lubricus Controller for proper Operation Unlike the B-and V-types you have to set break-times (H) Power supply (24V) exclusively via the Lubricus Controller Back-pressure measurement (Quick Check) possible for each outlet (shown on Display) LED display provides information about the status of each pump-body!

13 Lubricus Controller Lubricus Controller alternative approach of a small -CLS Idea: Local small lubrication systems are located near the point of lubrication. Lubricus won t supply grease in long hoses or pipes, Lubricus transports Energy (cable)! 4 Lubricus lubrication systems can be connected to Lubricus Controller The connected Lubricus can be individually controlled and monitored by the controller. Individual dispensing volume possible Monitoring of up to 16 lubrication points, Central monitoring possible (e.g. PLC) Dialogue for all devices connected via the LCD display on the controller. Lubrication units are installed next to the actual lubrication points => Electronics & monitoring can be installed in a user friendly environment. Lubricus & Controller Information is shared not the lubricant!

16 Lubricus measurement of backpressure QuickCheck (measurement of backpressure on board ) backpressure in bar! To check your system the pump supplies small quantities of lubricant into the lubrication line. The microprocessor measures the backpressure between the lubrication point and the pump. The displayed value is the grease pressure in your tube in {bar}.
