Vehicles placed in the working position are always in the center of the dyno. This technology makes it possible to shorten by half all components where the main problem is length. Another advantage of this design is the placement of anchoring points directly on the testing frame, which is never stressed by the transfer of force to the base. Automatic wheelbase setting is one of the many technological breakthroughs of this dynamometer. Enter a value and in a few moments the fully electronic system will ensure the exact axle position for the vehicle set up. Only a transmission system without weak links can provide maximum test center performance. That is why the inter-axle transmission uses a massive, quad-mounted double-sided highspeed coupling shaft. The CARdyno series is equipped with a massive transmission mechanism. The heart is the company s own ATXgear transmission, which transmits torque between cylinder-cylinder (longitudinal), cylinder-cylinder (transverse) and FWD-RWD. DISCOVER ADHESION The 450 mm diameter test cylinders are machined with the highest possible precision. The production system makes it possible to balance them within 1 gram. Indentations are pressed directly into the cylinder material. Thanks to this, there is no wear and it provides maximum tire traction. IMAGE The dyno surface features a highly resilient industrial powder coating applied to a sandblasted substrate. The color combinations are entirely up to you. Support your company image by installing a test station sporting your fleet colors. We offer a complete range of RAL colors including metallic and other special paints. ENVIRONMENT We have integrated an entire control system right into the dyno. The test room environment will no longer be cluttered by switchboards that hardly ever match the test room design and often take up considerable space. You will particularly appreciate this for presentations and photo shoots. POWER IN SIMPLICITY The electromagnetic, air-cooled, rotating brake excels in its high performance and minimal maintenance requirements, while maintaining simplicity. We use this tried and true model throughout the entire spectrum of our portfolio. Full electronic control is provided by electronic equipment of our own production, specially developed for specific operating conditions. That s why our dynamometer is equipped with many groundbreaking features, such as differential vehicle braking between vehicle drive axles, drive deceleration, speed stabilization, and an electronic bar to drive the vehicle from cylinders. USE A PRECISION STIFF FRAME The dyno frame is optimized for the specific operations of the measuring. It is tuned outside the frequency characteristics of the entire system with its own high rigidity. The frame is controlled by the most modern computer methods including FEM. WORK IN COMFORT The dyno frame is equipped with a precision vibration dampening system. Thanks to this, the equipment operates without any vibration passing into the base, which would then spread throughout the entire building.

3 CARdyno licensedsoftware ATX CARdyno software is the latest result of the long-term work of our developers, programmers and graphic designers. It reflects over 15 years of experience in testing combustion engines and is the most comprehensive software that we offer. The software is divided into three modules. The Power Zone is intended to measure the performance characteristics of combustion engines. The Servis Zone is designed to simulate the movement of vehicles while driving and is a valuable assistant when diagnosing vehicle defects. Each zone offers several types of tests. The final zone is Databank, which stores comprehensive data for all measurements performed. As a service we also offer online data storage on our central server, which for testing also provides very valuable state-of-the-art statistical information. 4 We measure your performance MEASUREMENT RESULTS Measurement results are printed out in reports. Each report can be divided into three sections. The first section contains information about vehicle measurements. Measurements are archived in a database and each bit of information entered serves as a search key. The second section consists of graphs. Graphs provides comprehensive information on the performance characteristics of the measured combustion engine. Typical curves include power (kw) and torque (Nm). However, you can also select other quantities monitored during measurement. The third section at the bottom of the report lists measured values, especially maximum values and the atmospheric conditions during measurement. Other variables affecting the performance of the combustion engine are also listed in the report, depending on the degree of equipment for this section.
