3 GENERAL INFORMATION SIVAG Pumpen Ges.m.b.H. is primarily concerned with manufacturing and distributing of pumps for many years. Basically the products are used for industrial purposes. Since 1989 the head office of SIVAG Pumpen has been in Hollabrunn. The support for national and international customers is raised without any distributors or sales organisations directly from SIVAG Hollabrunn. 8 SELF-PRIMING CENTRIFUGAL PUMP S Self-priming centrifugal pumps with open impeller are used for pumping liquids containing solids up to 80 mm diameter and for abrasive liquids. 9 SELF-PRIMING INTERNAL GEAR PUMP R The self-priming internal gear pumps of series R are positive displacement rotary pumps. The capacity is directly proportional to the rotation speed. 10 LOBE PUMP B Lobe pumps of series B are positive displacement rotary pumps. The capacity is directly proportional to the rotation speed. Two synchronously driven rotors are rotating in a casing. This construction provides a very gentle pumping of fluids. - Maximum working pressure: 10 (20) bar - Temperature: up to 180 C - All hydraulic parts are made of stainless steel AISI 316. 23 AIR OPERATED DOUBLE DIAPHRAGM PUMP DDA DDA The air operated double diaphragm pumps of series DDA are used for pumping a variety of different liquids (mainly chemicals), without abrasive, coarse or extended solids. These pumps can be installed submerged in the pumped liquid. The DDA-pumps are self-priming. And they can be used for thin and viscose fluids. - Maximum suction head: 6 m - Temperature: -10 C to +40 C - The air operated double diaphragm pumps are made of PP (glass fiber reinforced Polypropylene), PVDF, carbon fiber filled PVDF, Aluminium, stainless steel AISI 316 (AISI 316 polished FDA). - Pump execution and materials, diaphragms and valves in accordance to the pumped liquid. 24 IMPELLER PUMP EP EP The special construction of impeller pumps provides a very gentle pumping of fluids. The flexible impeller grants pumping thin and high viscose liquids (up to cp).
