Mobile dispensing system for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles Refilling passenger cars with AdBlue /DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) is significantly different from refilling trucks.

FLACO mobile dispensing systems were designed especially for uncalibrated applications in workshops and have already received factory approval of leading automotive manufacturers.

2 Mobile dispensing system for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles Refilling passenger cars with AdBlue /DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) is significantly different from refilling trucks. Due to the geometry of the tank system and the AdBlue /DEF filler (according to ISO ) truck tank systems are not suitable for refilling passenger cars, with few exceptions. FLACO mobile dispensing systems were designed especially for uncalibrated applications in workshops and have already received factory approval of leading automotive manufacturers. Clean refilling The new FLACO ZV10.1A and ZV10.1S nozzles turn themselves off over the entire volume power range of the pump system when the maximum filling level has been reached. The specially developed Quad-sensor head prevents overflow of AdBlue /DEF vehicle tanks. Quick refilling FLACOblue units operate at a flow rate of up to 7 l/min or 10 l/min. Safe refilling Safeguards exist against overfilling the antifreeze protection. High flexibility The FLACOblue unit can be operated via the built-in battery and can therefore be used anywhere without delay. Just position the FLACOblue60 dispensing system at the vehicle being filled. Insert nozzle into the filler and begin refilling. Optional fast refilling function (boost) switch on and you re done.

Traditional, manual car AdBlue /DEF dispensing systems available on the market require about 30 minutes incl. set-up time for one refilling process from a 10 l of AdBlue /DEF canister.

3 Just position the FLACOblue60 dispensing system at the vehicle being filled. Insert nozzle into the filler and begin refilling. Optional fast refilling function (boost) switch on and you re done. FLACOblue60 switches off automatically when the refilling process is complete. The unit is then ready for re-use. 5 FLACO nozzles for AdBlue FLACO has designed the handy & high quality ZV10.1 nozzles especially for refilling passenger cars with AdBlue /DEF. ZV series FLACO nozzles turn themselves off automatically via a fill-level sensor over the entire volume power range of the pump system when the maximum fill-level has been reached. Thanks to the hose valve and the special design of the components the refilling process is nearly dropfree. The specially developed Quad-sensor head and the programming prevent unwanted displacement of this antifreeze air reserve and therefore over-filling. An integrated status indicator shows when the nozzle is positioned properly or the vehicle s tank is completely filled. Proper operation requires that an operating manual is available at each unit. In addition, a quick start guide should be mounted next to the control panel.
