11 ebbco FILTRATION SYSTEMS 11 Ebbco EDM Filtration System Ebbco Wire EDM Filtration System Ebbco manufactures auxiliary filtration systems for all wire EDM machines. Ebbco wire EDM filtration systems are designed to eliminate OEM filters or filters submerged work tank. Ebbco conventional EDM filtration systems are designed to filter the dielectric fluid; either by remotely filtering the work tank or the dielectric tank. By keeping the oil clean it reduces maintenance and helps improve flushing. Ebbco Hurricane Cartridges and Consumables Ebbco offers a full line of replacement filter cartridges for most Wire and Conventional EDM Machines. Ebbco Waterjet Filtration System The Ebbco Closed Loop Systems are designed for Waterjet catch tank to close the drain by filtering and treating the overflow water for reuse in the high pressure pump. The Ebbco Abrasive Removal System is designed to continuously remove exhausted abrasive that collects in the Waterjet tank, thus eliminating down time for cleanout and maximizing production. Ebbco Chillers for Waterjet Cutting Ebbco chillers are designed to cool the Hydraulics on the OEM s high pressure pumps as well as the cutting water in the Ebbco Closed Loop Filtration system, This provides cooled, DI Treated water to the high pressure pump and will maximize your pumps seal life. Ebbco Closed Loop Consumables Ebbco offers a line of consumables for the Closed Loop Filtration System that may also be available through your table manufacturer.
