WARNING This air tank is designed to safely hold 125 PSI of compressed air. Over filling with air or filling with any other gas may result in personal injury or property damage. Fill tank with air only from a low pressure compressor or service station. RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY. Wear safety glasses. Never spray compressed air or material at self or others. 7 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Filling the Portable Air Tank Take your portable air tank to any source of clean dry compressed air. A full service gas station or truck stop is preferable. Modern convenience mart type filling stations do not have sufficient air pressure available to allow you to get the most from your air tank. It is recommended that you fi ll your tank with air until the pressure gauge reads between 95 to 135 psi. The air tank is fi lled like a car tire by pressing the chuck from the source to the fi ller valve. PLEASE NOTE: Tank can be filled and the pressure gauge can be read with the RED ON/OFF KNOB in the OFF position. Using the Portable Air Tank Turn the RED ON/OFF KNOB counter-clockwise to the open position to allow air to flow from the tank into the hose. To prevent air from leaking out of the tank between uses, turn the RED ON/OFF KNOB clockwise to the closed position. STORAGE STORING YOUR PORTABLE AIR TANK Turn the RED ON/OFF KNOB CLOCKWISE to the OFF position when storing your air tank. WARNING Failure to remove condensation will cause the tank to rust prematurely. Always drain the tank of all air after the last use for the day and before repairing or removing any component parts. Point the safety pressure relief valve AWAY FROM YOUR BODY when releasing air. Use the pull ring on the safety relief valve to vent any pressure inside the tank before attempting to service the tank. Safety glasses must be worn at all times for eye protection.to disperse any accumulated condensation inside the tank, begin by reducing. the air pressure inside the tank by pulling out on the safety valve and holding until the tank gauge reaches 25 psi. Invert the tank with the manifold facing downward and pull the ring on the safety relief valve. We as the manufacturer and you as the consumer have no control over the moisture content of air coming from any fill source. Premature rusting caused by condensation inside the tank is the primary reason for the suggested replacement date stamped on the tank. Never attempt to remove any components while tank is pressurized. Never remove or deface the information sticker on tank. Never attempt to fill the tank if any air leak is detected in the tank body. Discontinue use of the air tank immediately. Warranty is void if any attempt is made to alter or modify this unit in any way. 7

Ltd. Alton Industry Co. Ltd warrants this Briggs & Stratton brand product for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations described below, if Alton Industry Co. Ltd determines this product is covered under this warranty, it will be replaced with the same model or one of equal value or specification, at Alton Industry Co. Ltd s option. Alton Industry Co. Ltd will bear the cost of replacement. The purchaser must contact Alton Industry Co. Ltd for all warranty authorizations. There is no other express warranty. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year, or to the extent permitted by law. Liability for incidental or consequential damages are excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law. Some states or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warrant lasts, and some states of countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. Save your proof of purchase receipt. If you do not provide proof of the initial purchase date at the time warranty service is requested, the manufacturing date of the product will be used to determine the warranty period. Product registration is not required to obtain warranty service on Briggs & Stratton products. These are our standard warranty terms, but occasionally there may be additional warranty coverage that was not determined at time of publication. Normal wear and tear or expendable parts or accessories that may be supplied with the product which are expected to become inoperative or unusable after a reasonable period of use; C. Routine maintenance and consumable items such as, but not limited to fuel, lubricants, valves, belts, knobs, nuts, fluids, tune-ups, or adjustments; D. Damage caused by repairs made or attempted by persons not authorized by the manufacturer; E. Product that was sold to the original purchaser as reconditioned or refurbished product (unless otherwise specified in writing); F. Product or parts thereof if any part from another manufacturer has been installed or any repairs or alterations have been made or attempted by unauthorized persons; G. Normal deterioration of the exterior finish such as, but not limited to, scratches, dents, paint chips, nor any corrosion or discoloring by heat, abrasive and chemical cleaners; H. Component parts sold by and identified as the product of another company, which shall be covered under the other product manufacturer s warranty, if any.
