An aluminium cylinder block, and strong yet lightweight materials reduce weight, and with a compression ratio of 15.5:1, it s among the quietest and most efficient diesel engines on the market contributing to better torque and speed power across the whole rev range. In fact, we know it will exceed your expectations. Peak power is 133kW at 3500rpm, while torque is an impressive 430Nm at 2500rpm across both manual and automatic transmission models. 11 Double Cab Club Cab Reinforced rear corners 6 cargo bed inner hooks TRITON HAS YOUR CARGO SORTED The cargo bed on Double Cab models provide ample load capacity with 1520mm length and 475mm depth. Featuring inner hooks and a rear gate with an easy to use single handle, the extra reinforcement in the construction of the spacious cargo bed makes it even more durable. In the cargo bed, the rear corners are specially reinforced to disperse the force of impact when your cargo shifts and prevent damage. BUILT TO TOW YOUR BIGGEST TOYS Double Cab 4x4 models have a 3.1 tonne braked towing capacity. 12 BUILT FOR SAFEKEEPING Significant safety features coupled with Mitsubishi s RISE system have earned Triton the maximum ANCAP safety rating of 5 stars. The Mitsubishi Reinforced Impact Safety Evolution (RISE) system means you and your passengers are protected by the latest energy absorbing chassis design and technology. That means you re driving one of the safest utes on the road. 12 Trailer Stability Assist (TSA) To prevent trailer-swing when towing at speed, Trailer Stability Assist (TSA) controls individual wheel slip to stabilise the trailer. The system detects when the trailer is starting to oscillate and automatically warns drivers behind by flashing brake lights on both the car and trailer.

13 Reverse Camera # When reverse gear is engaged in all Pick-Up models, the reverse camera image appears automatically on the audio system display, supplementing the driver's rear field of view. Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) works hand-in-hand with Triton s ABS computer to assess load and distribute braking force between the front and rear wheels. When you have a load in the rear, it optimises brakeforce distribution to help you stop in a shorter distance. Hill Start Assist (HSA) Hill Start Assist (HSA) prevents your Triton from rolling backwards on hills by maintaining braking force to give you time to move your foot from the brake to the accelerator. 7 SRS Airbags Triton is fitted with driver and front passenger airbags and driver knee SRS airbag for maximum protection in the event of a frontal collision. Side and curtain SRS airbags are also standard on all models protecting against side-on collision, inflating from the side of the seat to protect the torso, and from the roof lining to protect the head. Active Traction Control (ATC) Active Traction Control (ATC) helps maintain traction on the most slippery or rugged surfaces, automatically controlling the engine s output so the driving wheels are prevented from spinning. Sensing loss of traction in independent wheels, ATC applies braking force to that particular wheel and sends extra power and torque to other wheels with traction, to keep the vehicle moving. Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) Triton is equipped with an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) that allows the driver to maintain steering control of the vehicle and manoeuvre around obstructions in heavy braking conditions. Active Stability Control (ASC) Active Stability Control (ASC) intuitively recognises over-steer or under-steer and applies brake force to appropriate wheels to keep you online through corners. #All Pick Up models. *Exceed model. Dusk Sensing Headlamps* Dusk sensing headlamps on Exceed models automatically illuminate in fading light or when you're travelling through a tunnel.
