This option comes standard on all trim levels, and now features etorque technology, a mild hybrid system to help save on fuel economy and boost engine performance. A 5.7 HEMI V8 that puts out 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque. The etorque technology is also available with this option, adding an extra 130 lb-ft of torque and of course, improving fuel economy. Towing & Hauling Depending on which trim level you opt for, the Ram 1500 will offer different towing and hauling capacities. If you choose the 5.7L HEMI V8, you ll be able to pull up to 12,700 pounds a huge step up from even the 2018 model.
