Advantages - Low friction coefficient upon metallic sliding friction - good emergency running characteristics - resistant to roll, sliding, and steel wear - corrosion resistant to water, (warm and cold industrial water, drinking water, seawater) weather effects, industrial atmospheres, diluted sulphuric or phosphoric acids, formic and acetic acids as well as sodium hydroxide - resistant to compressive stress and impact stress - oxidation- and scale resistant - for operating temperatures up to 0 C Technical Data - Chemical composition: C 0,44 %, Si 3,43 %, Cr 10,5 %, Fe 2, % B 1, %, Ni 1,2 % - layer thickness: 0 µm, depending on customer requirement - the hardness of the coating is 0 +/- HV 1, (for maximal pressure hard coatings up to 72 HRC can be applied) - Surface roughness: Ra 0,1 to 0, µm affiliated with aadag group we can checkered lilies of the valley 24
