DISCONNECT BATTERIES BEFORE SERVICING. DRAIN THE SOLUTION SYSTEM PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. 1 See Figure 1. Install the Washers (6), Step Bushings (3) and Screws (4) on the back of the recovery tank as shown. Hang the Caddy Assembly (pre-assembled items 5, 8, 9, 10) on the Step Bushings (3). 2 Install the Wand Assembly (7), Hose Assembly (1) and Coupler (2) onto the Caddy as shown. page 1 of 14

3 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR Advenger / BR600S & Adgressor / BR850S models BUILT PRIOR TO: (see serial# chart ) 3 See Figure 2. Remove Hose (AA) and Hose (BB) from the pump. Ensure that the elbows on the pump are oriented as shown (rotate if necessary). NOTE: Use pipe sealant on elbows. 4 Remove Tee (CC) from Hose (AA) and connect Hose (AA) to the elbow that you removed Hose (BB) from. 5 Cut Hose (BB) to a length of 2 (5cm) and install on the other elbow as shown. 6 Install Tee (CC) in the end of Hose (BB) as shown. 5 8 See Figure 4. Mount Pump Assembly (11) as shown using the two Screws and Washers (C) supplied with the Pump Assembly. NOTE: No drilling required, mounting holes already exist. It may be necessary to cut factory installed Cable Ties from the wiring harness to facilitate pump installation. The pump wiring connects to the existing plug with WHT/BRN and BLK wires feeding it, remove the weather pack seal from plug fi rst. NOTE: Adgressor & BR850S series models require the installation of a mounting plate as shown. 9 Install Grommets (E) from the Pump Assembly (11) as shown and then route Hose (AA) as shown. 10 Install Bulk Head Adapter (G), Barb (H), Nipple (I) and Plug (J) from the Pump Assembly (11) as shown. 11 Connect Hose (AA) to Barb (H) (1) Hose Clamp (D) from the Pump Assembly as shown. 12 Install Cable Ties supplied with Pump Assembly (11) as needed to secure all wiring and hoses. Mount Pump Assembly (11) as shown using the Plate (DD), Screws (EE) and Screws and Advenger 2600C Nuts (FF) Advenger 2810D NOTE: No drilling required, mounting holes already exist. On early machines you may have to drill (2) Advenger 3210D (4.21mm) holes as shown Advenger 2810C Plug the pump into the existing wiring connector under the rear of the machine Advenger 3210C NOTE: It may be necessary to cut factory installed Cable Ties from wiring harness to facilitate pump BR600S installation. 13 Operating Instructions: 1 Assemble Wand Assembly (7) and connect one end of Hose Assembly (1) to the Wand Assembly (7). Connect the Quick Disconnect (HH) to the Wand Assembly (7). 2 Disconnect the Hose (II) from the squeegee and insert Coupler (2) into the end, connect the other end of Hose Assembly (1) to the Coupler (2). Connect the Quick Disconnect (JJ) from Hose Assembly (1) to Plug (J) under the left rear corner of the machine. 3 Re-connect the batteries, fi ll the solution tank at least half full, turn the Key Switch (KK) ON, open Solution Valve (LL) 1/2 to full (non AXP scrubbers only) and push the Wand Kit Button (MM) on the touch pad control panel to turn ON the Vacuum and Pump System. Squeeze trigger on wand to purge air from system. page 13 of 14
