Starts to dissolve when brought into contact solvent, discolours and breaks. 100% LATEX Shows very strong rub-off effect when roughened or ground. It is solvent resistant and extremely soft. POLYPROPYLENE Rigid, inflexible material, limited use (heels and heel wedges). Develops dry dust when roughened or ground. Continues to burn once lit, flickering and smoking, typical rubber smell. Solvent-resistant. PVC Relatively heavy compact and foamed moulded soles. Smears when roughened or ground. Once lit, there is a visible green glint in the flame. Moulded soles or flat material from lightweight foam. Porous and nonsmearing when roughened or ground, but does give off dust. Burns a small flame once lit, just like a candle, and smells like burning wax, although it does not drip. How to glue : LEATHER LEATHER TR PVC TR LEATHER TR TR PVC LEATHER 100% LATEX LEATHER TR CREPE CREPE CREPE CREPE 1 Roughen or sand the two materials to be bonded. 2 Prime both surfaces to be bonded Halosol S and leave them to dry for app. 5 minutes. 3 Apply a coat of Köraplast SF and leave to dry for app. 10 minutes. If the cold bonding time has been exceeded, heat up to app C. 4 Join the surfaces to be bonded and press them together (15-20 seconds). 1 Roughen or sand the two materials to be bonded. 2 Prime both surfaces to be bonded Halosol S and leave them to dry for app. 5 minutes. 3 Apply a coat of Köraplast SF and leave to air dry for app. 10 minutes. If the cold bonding time has been exceeded, heat up to app C. 4 Join the surfaces to be bonded and press them together (15-20 seconds). 1 Roughen or sand the two materials to be bonded. 2 Apply a coat of Megabond and leave dry for app minutes. If the cold bonding time has been exceeded, heat up to app C. 3 Join the surfaces to be bonded and press them together (15-20 seconds). CAUTION! Do not apply excessive pressure to soft materials (). PUR/TPU 1 Roughen or sand the two materials to be bonded. 2 Prime the PUR material Kö-PUR and leave to air dry for app. 5 minutes. 3 At the same time, prime the rubber or foamed rubber Halosol S and leave to air dry for app. 5 minutes. 4 Apply a coat of Köraplast SF to both materials to be bonded and leave to air dry for app. 10 minutes. If the cold bonding time has been exceeded, heat up to app C. 5 Join the surfaces to be bonded and press them together (15-20 seconds). CAUTION! Do not apply excessive pressure to soft materials. POLYPROPYLENE POLYPROPYLENE LEATHER These material combinations are usually used for minor repairs around the heel or heel wedge. For these repairs we recommend cyanacrylate adhesives (e.g. Kö adhesive C3) which can be applied very precisely using the mouthpiece of the bottle. TR 100% LATEX 1 Roughen or sand the two materials to be bonded. 2 Prime Megabond and leave to air dry for app. 10 to 40 minutes. 3 Prime TR or 100% latex Halosol S and leave to air dry for app. 5 minutes. 4 Apply a coat of Köraplast SF to both surfaces to be bonded and leave them to air dry for app. 10 minutes. If the cold bonding time has been exceeded, heat up to app C. 5 Join the surfaces to be bonded and press them together (15-20 seconds). PUR/TPU PVC PVC LEDER 1 Roughen or sand the two materials to be bonded. 2 Prime Megabond and leave them to air dry for app. 10 to 40 minutes. 3 Prime both surface to be bonded Köraplast SF and leave them to air dry for app. 10 minutes.
