2 PUREAIR QUIET CASE RANGE of UNITS This range of units provide a versatile solution to air handling applications. Units are manufactured in 1. mm galvanised sheet. Access to serviceable components are via lift off doors fitted to customer specifications. Technical Specifications Fans Direct driven DIDW forward curve centrifugal fans are manufactured to European standards in accordance with ISO 581:27 and are ERP 215 Compliant. FILTERS Panel and bag filters consist of a dry non-woven fabric media. They have an efficiency of 96% BS2831 to dust test No 2 with a filter classification of Eurovent 4/5 grade EU 4 or above. LOUVRES Units which are required for external use (QCR) have a powder coat finish complete with a louvre discharge with birdmesh. The unit is also pre-wired to an external isolator. SPIGOTS Units in the range are fitted with standard circular spigots in the trade to match existing spiral duct. Units can also be manufactured with square spigots but must be stated at time of ordering. ACOUSTIC LINING Units are acoustically lined as standard with tissue faced rigid ductboard to dissipate any noise carryover
