3 THE MANUFACTURER The Company Onroak Automotive, manufacturer of race cars, was born from the combination of the two passions of its CEO Jacques Nicolet: a passion for motorsport, especially for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and a passion for enterprise. Having had a success with the OAK Racing team, Jacques Nicolet took advantage of the experience and the knowledge of the technology and competition to develop a genuine entity dedicated to the design and production of race cars. Onroak Automotive offers today sport-prototypes CN, FIA FF, LM P3, LM P2 and DPi and single-seaters F4 and F3. Onroak Automotive sports-prototypes are entered by various teams in the different endurance races organised across the continents: FIA World Endurance Champion-ship, Le Mans 24 Hours, European Le Mans Series, Asian Le Mans Series, IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, and many other series. Its F4 and F3 single-seaters have already been selected to exclusively equip the American championships dedicated to these two categories. They can also be used in other countries. Alongside the diversification of its products and its range, Onroak Automotive has undertaken the development of its teams and facilities so as to offer their clients the services the most adapted to their needs. An international expansion accompanied this evolution and Onroak Automotive is present over three continents today: Europe, the United States and Asia. Onroak Automotive is a part of Everspeed, Jacques Nicolet s group specialised in the sector of the industry and cuttingedge services related to the world of cars and racing. 3

4 THE MANUFACTURER The History Onroak Automotive has created a wide range of sports cars and services. In parallel, the manufacturer has developed the tools necessary to support its teams to achieve success on different continents. Born in 2012, the Morgan LM P2 quickly found success, notably with a 1-2 LM P2 victory in the 24 Hours of Le Mans and in the FIA WEC LM P2 in 2013, as well as two consecutive titles in the Asian Le Mans Series. Following the acquisition of Ligier, Onroak Automotive unveiled in June 2014 its new closed LM P2 sport-prototype, the Ligier JS P2. This model has had many successes, namely the LM P2 title in the FIA WEC in 2015, and the victories at the 24 Hours of Daytona, the 12 Hours of Sebring and Petit Le Mans in Selected by the Automobile Club de l Ouest, Onroak Automotive entered the LM P3 category. Presented in June 2015, the Ligier JS P3 has met an extraordinary success in various series in Europe, Asia and North America. Onroak Automotive has also been selected by the ACO, the IMSA and the FIA, to be one of the four LM P chassis manufacturers. The new Ligier JS P217 has been unveiled in September The Design Office has also designed the Nissan DPi, a Daytona Prototype International (DPi) based on the Ligier JS P217, in partnership with Nissan and Nismo for Tequila Patron ESM to enter the 2017 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. During the 2017 Le Mans 24 Hours, Onroak Automotive launched a new sports car with a carbon chassis. The Ligier JS P4 s purpose is to help new drivers and teams to discover how to drive and operate sports prototypes in endurance racing and test days. At the end of 2016, after taking over the F4 programme set up by Crawford Composites, Onroak Automotive installed its American base in Denver in North Carolina. Thus, the constructor can rely on the experience of a team that s on the spot and add a string to its bow by diversifying its catalogue with a new type of race car, single-seaters. Onroak Automotive unveilled the Ligier JS F3 in October 2017, and the Crawford F4 will be called the Ligier JS F4 from 2018 onwards. 4

5 THE MANUFACTURER The Activities and Skills The knowledge of the issues and needs of racing teams allows Onroak Automotive to offer products and services which fulfill the needs of their clients. The complementary skills and the close collaboration between the different services at the heart of Onroak Automotive enable the realisation of projects in their entirety. The Design Office is the starting point of all the projects and relies on a development team made up of race engineers. The assembly of the race cars is done entirely internally, and the production of many parts is done at the heart of the Onroak Automotive workshops. The manufacturer has been able to surround itself with renowned partners which accompany them in their various projects, namely for digital simulations and CFD calculations, the conception and production of composite pieces, and transmission and suspension systems. As well as the design, production and commercialisation, Onroak Automotive supports its clients in the running of their racing cars. Alongside a traditional after-sales service, the manufacturer offers a global technical support solution and a season-long dedicated services. 5

6 THE MANUFACTURER The Workshops Onroak Automotive is present on three continents: Europe, the United States of America and Asia. To fulfill its clients needs across the world, the manufacturer works from four workshops, each with important geographical and strategic assets. Le Mans, France At the heart of the Technoparc of the 24 Hours, benefiting from an ideal position at the door of the Le Mans circuit, the Onroak Automotive site houses the LM P2, DPi and LMP Historic activities, under the leadership of Sébastien Metz. Magny-Cours, France Under the leadership of Benoit Bagur, the LM P3, FIA FF and CN programs are based in Magny-Cours, in the historic workshop of Guy Ligier, at the heart of the motorsport activity of la Nièvre. Denver, USA The acquisition of Crawford Composites Motorsport division, based in Denver, North Carolina, enables Onroak Automotive to develop its activities and services, managed by Max Crawford, regarding the North American market. The F3s and F4s are designed and built there. Sepang, Malaysia Onroak Automotive also opened a workshop in Sepang in Malaysia. Its clients who wish to run their car in Asia will also find adequate support through a support service and a stock of spare parts on site for the various models. 6

7 THE RANGE Sports prototypes and Single-seaters Onroak Automotive produces and sells a range of racing cars including sports prototypes and single-seaters all designed by the engineers in its Design Department. These different models built in Le Mans, Magny-Cours and Denver, in North Carolina, are all underpinned by the same philosophy: efficiency, robustness, reliability and easy to run. Sports prototypes in CN, FIA FF, LM P3, LM P2 and DPi categories F3 and F4 single-seaters Onroak Automotive sells a range of sports prototypes so that each client can find the right car to race in a particular category or move up to a higher level on the endurance pyramid. The manufacturer has been able to forge a strong motorsport CV over the seasons, which has earned them the recognition of the professionals of international motorsport. Onroak Automotive s professionalism and logistics at the circuits Bespoke top-class events offers The Onroak Automotive client support service is much more than a traditional after-sales service as it invests itself fully with each of its customers and race organisers. To meet the requirements linked to running its racing cars, Onroak Automotive has set up a mobile service in Europe, Asia and North America and travels to a large number of events to provide service, advice and equipment. In addition, different formulas for test days enable drivers and teams to work in close collaboration with the constructor s engineers and technicians to help them optimise the performance of their racing cars. Motor sport is a universe that provides vast opportunities for communications and public relations operations. Onroak Automotive delivers on-the-spot bespoke turnkey solutions so that all its clients have to do is to concentrate on the track and the stop watch. 18 THE SERVICES Competition client support Onroak Automotive provides numerous backup possibilities for race teams and race organisers. The constructor supplies different services to help teams get the best out of its cars in competition. A mobile support service at the races of the numerous series in Europe, Asia and North America To enable clients to take advantage of the professionalism and logistics provided by the constructor, a mobile service travels to numerous circuits to put material, technical and human resources at the disposal of the clients. Onroak Automotive has several trucks which travel to many events. Staff are on hand to offer the following: - A stock of spare parts for the cars - Equipment and tools put at the disposal of the teams - Technical advice given by specialised engineers and mechanics A la carte services Onroak Automotive offers personalised made-to-measure backup. To benefit from the constructor s expertise and know-how teams can beef up their staff by bringing in personnel specially trained to run Onroak Automotive s racing cars. Depending on their requirements teams can use mechanics, engineers or tyremen from Onroak Automotive for as long as needed: - A day s testing or a race meeting - A full season 18

19 THE SERVICES Track days Onroak Automotive organises practice days for its clients and prospects to enable them to discover and develop their racing cars. These sessions are held on various circuits in Europe, North America and Asia. Onroak Automotive s personnel employ their usual professionalism to look after the drivers and teams both before the practice sessions and during the sessions themselves. The backup provided by the French constructor enables teams and drivers to enjoy optimal conditions to concentrate on getting to grips with, and learning how to run the cars. These days are organised to suit the needs of individual drivers and/or teams who may or may not be owners of their Onroak Automotive car. Whether on an exclusive or a shared basis the backup supplied fulfils the requirements of each party. Additional services may be supplied in addition to the provision of cars and personnel. These include catering, accommodation or the advice of professional drivers. Discovery days These days are aimed at drivers and teams who want to familiarise themselves with Onroak Automotive cars in real conditions to begin racing or change categories. Operating days Onroak Automotive offers backup for its clients to help them learn how to operate their cars. Using the advice of engineers and technicians, and professional drivers where necessary, the constructor works in collaboration with the teams to help them optimise adjustments and setups. 19

The Château des Hunaudières The Château des Hunaudières was built in the 18 th century and has been included in the additional inventory of Historic Monuments. It stands in the heart of a tree-filled park covering more than four hectares only a stone s throw from the Le Mans circuit. The Château has 10 charming bedrooms available, a big dining room cum reception venue and two drawing rooms with exceptional mural decorations. The big kitchen provides ample space for a catering service. It is an authentic, friendly setting that s ideal for quality events. Factory visit and discovery of what goes on behind the scenes in a constructor s premises Onroak Automotive, where the LM P2 prototypes are built, is based in the Technoparc des 24 Heures, and opens its doors to share its passion and give fans the opportunity to discover a universe usually hidden from the eyes of the public. The constructor gives its clients the opportunity to take advantage of its privileged relationships with these service providers. Val de Vienne Circuit: Managed by the 2 Arbres company since 2012, this circuit has undergone a major revamp. The site has modern functional infrastructures and a technical track that can be modified to provide several layouts so it s ideal for testing. DPPI images: For more than 50 years the DPPI photographers have been present at circuits all over the world and the agency has become a benchmark in the field. DPPI images supplies numerous players in international motor sport and it also provides a video service. dppi-images.com AOTech: The simulator developed by AOTech is a really useful working tool for drivers and engineers. In particular, it was chosen by the ACO for drivers making their debut in the Le Mans 24 Hours. AOTech also has an aerodynamics division. Spark: Spark is the official and exclusive supplier of scale-model Onroak Automotive cars. Various models are available in different sizes and they can be personalised in a team s colours. Stand 21: Stand 21 has developed helmets and driver suits that can be connected to the ventilation systems of the Ligier JS P3. The supplier also sells a complete selection of outfits and accessories for drivers and teams combining comfort, quality and security. 22
